This 2-bedroom, 1 bathroomboutique apartment offers stunning ocean views to those lucky enough to stay here. Designed by Mhndu architects, it has plentiful natural light, modern conveniences (such as reverse cycle air-conditioning for full temperature control), and a contemporary flow interior.

The decor evokes minimalist coastal chic, and the lounge room with plush modular sofa is the perfect place to sit back and relax. Enjoy your favourite viewing on the TV with Netflix and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.

The open plan living-dining area opens to reveal the covered entertainer's balcony, furnished with comfy, cushioned chairs. Recline in style whilst taking in the views, with a glass (or two) of bubbles, or a good read. It's an ideal spot for all-weather alfresco dining if you choose to forgo indoor dining at the table with seating for four.

The spacious, fully integrated kitchen with gas cooktop provides storage and features luxury Miele appliances.
Both bedrooms contain queen size beds and built-in robes but offer versatility should you choose to use one as an office/study if needed. The gorgeous, tiled bathroom has a frameless screen shower.There is an internal laundry with Miele washing machine and drier, making this home ideal for longer-term stays. Wonderland Avenue is one of Tamarama's most sought after enclaves, with Tamarama beach just a 2-minute walk from door to shore. Bondi Beach a short drive or walk away too. Aside from beaches, this beautiful home is in close proximity to Fletcher St cafes and some of the best parks, with Sydney CBD and major shopping centres (Bondi Westfield) a short drive away.

Home Truth/s:

- There is a neighbouring construction site.Although most construction noise is done on weekdays a lot of trades in particular at this time of year will work weekends.
- Apartment is not top floor
- Smart TV (use your own account for Netflix)
- There is no bathtub
- There is no outdoor entertainment area (only balcony as part of the apartment)

Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. A lovely well built modern apartment in a great position a short walk downhill to the beach. Hosts very professional and responsive, excellent parking facilities as well if you are driving. As advertised, it is currently next to a construction site, so bear in mind if expecting to stay there through weekdays.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
