From there, wander down the beach, grab a coffee and hit Coogee Bay Road for any number of hip dining and nightlife options.

The Neighbourhood
- You can't stay here without checking out the gorgeous beaches - the golden sand of Coogee Beach is on your doorstep and the surfers' destination, Bondi Beach is not far. Or take a stroll along the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Path to take in the view of them all!
- Check out Coogee Pavilion, the multi-level beachside hangout of choice. which boasts a wood-fired pizza oven, oyster bar, juice cart, flower stall and playground kitted out with three ping-pong tables, a giant Scrabble board and blocks. Upstairs is a rooftop bar with gorgeous views. Genteel in the day, this bar really comes alive at night.
- For some amazing Pad Thai, check out Sugar Cane. New to the area, it moved from Surrey hills, bringing its great reputation with it!
- Just on your doorstep is Coogee Bakery, an iconic spot to pick up a meat pie. The perfect fresh-baked cure for almost any adventure from the night before.
- There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Our stayed in the house was really pleasant except two things that I’m mention below. 1、The keys After we parked the car we looked for the keys according the instructions. We walked through the glass door find our house and got the first key and walked into the house smoothly. However the instructions didn’t even mention that if we want to go back the same way out , we need a key to open the glass door. The host have prepared two bunches of keys for us. The quantities of these twos of the keys are not match. Only one of them has the key to the glass door but the instructions didn’t mention it. So it took us a while to figure that out. 2、The car enter & exit to/ from the garage The host gave us the password to entered into the garage but didn’t mention that there is no key pad inside the garage for us to type the password and didn’t left us any remote to open the gate of the garage from inside !!! The four of us have looked for the key pad in the garage for a while.

1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
