Amazing panoramic views of the city skyline and Darling Harbour can be enjoyed from both bedrooms as well as the living space with floor to ceiling windows and doors opening out onto the balcony. The apartment complex features an outside entertaining space with a BBQ. There is also a gym available for guests to use for anyone wishing to keep fit during their stay.

The surrounding area offers a plethora of sights and attractions to explore within walking distance and public transport options including Sydney's light railway and city train system are reachable within a few minutes making the whole city and beyond very accessible. Buses are also on your doorstep taking you to beaches and excursions outside of the city are possible from nearby Central Station. The apartment comes with a parking space and routes out of the city are easily accessible by car.

This unique apartment in one of Sydney's most desirable areas is located within an easy walk to Darling Harbour, Chinatown, Sydney Harbour, city parks and museums, cafes, dining and entertainment venues as well as the central business district. Great property with a fabulous view. Close to public transport, restaurants & the CBD. We were there during the cooler months, so didn’t use the pool or outdoor area - and note that the “gym” is only a few pieces of outdoor equipment. The Property Manager was very responsive & helpful when there were a few small issues.

Very nice location, big balcony and nice view. Management team is doing a great job, response was quick and accurate when I needed repairs. Small but comfortable bedrooms. Good quality bed linens. Plenty of towels. Wish we had two sets of keys.

Great spot, enjoyed the location a lot. Only one key fob so make sure to plan for this. Great for people who are going to be together at all times.

This appartment is a clean and stylish appartment with great amenities. It is in the centre of China town and a short walk to Darling Harbour. Great stay.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
