Wonderful family bush villa with inverter, private swimming pool, bushveld surroundings and spacious bedrooms. Ideal spot for a family and/or friends getaway just 1.5 hours away from Johannesburg. The property accommodates up to 14 guests between the main house and a detached cottage.
It is fully equipped for self-catering and serviced Mon to Sat (excl. public holidays).

The main house comprises 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms open onto the front living area of the home providing great bushveld views and indoor/outdoor living.
Open plan central living area offers a spacious kitchen, 10 seater dining table, TV lounge with wood burning fireplace and an indoor bar with ice machine. The house is air conditioned throughout.
To assist during loadshedding this property has a gas stove and an Inverter (powers lights, TV and fridges).
This central living space opens onto a lovely outdoor verandah with an outdoor lounge, private plunge pool, braai, table tennis and an open fire fit. This glorious space is private with the bushveld all around and is where everyone will come together for fun and relaxation.
The detached cottage suite comprises a double bed and separate 2 bunk beds, a shower, toilet and single sink. This space is great for a couple who want to share with their kids or it can be used as a room for the kids while the adults sleep in the main house.

Note there is NO Big 5 on the estate, however Big 5 Game Drives can be arranged separately outside of the estate.

POLICIES: - As Elements is a nature and game reserve no loud music is allowed at any time and no music at all after 10pm (Elements Management). Elements issues fines for noise transgressions. - No smoking is permitted in the property. If you smoke outside, do not throw cigarette butts into the bushveld as this could start a fire. - Please adhere to the maximum guest limit for the property. - No parties. LATE CHECK-INS In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. DOCUMENTATION AND PROCESSES We require all outstanding documents and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
