Looking out over Sydney's exclusive Tamarama Beach, this cosy two-bedroom apartment is ideal for a couple, small family or the corporate traveller. We love the location! The views are spectacular, and the modern two-bedroom apartment really offers comfort and convenience.

The apartment features a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom while shared spaces include an open-plan living area with smart television and as well as a smartly designed kitchen with top-end appliances and dining area that opens out onto the impressive balcony area.

This apartment also features a private balcony that overlooks Tamarama beach encapsulating the ocean front lifestyle. Guests will also have access to one car space, so you can zoom around the city or getaway come the weekend.
Only a short walk to the beach for swimming and surfing, or to the iconic Bondi to Bronte cliff top walk, as well as surrounded by world-class restaurants and bars, this apartment is your passport to the best of what Sydney has to offer.

You’re paying for the view and location first and foremost! The apartment itself looked like the pictures but we couldn’t get over the strong smell - we opened the windows to air out and that unfortunately let in so many bugs we spent the night spraying the whole place. Such an incredible area and knowing how expensive Sydney is, I do get it.

Great apartment with sea view. Although the time of message reply is a bit slow, but still can help us to fix the problem. We do really enjoy our days here!

Fabulous stay, location ideal as central between Coogee and Bondi. Coastal walks from the accommodation were just what we needed. The view from the lounge window is just awesome and amenities were good. Highly recommend a stay

We had a wonderful family Christmas in this property. The view was amazing and the location was great for access to the beach and local transport. The host was super responsive. The apartment was very well equipped, especially if cooking/bbq. Would highly recommend

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
