An inviting oasis from every angle, this stunning modern home is a welcoming escape, found in upmarket Randwick. Boasting timeless interiors and a private pool, this distinguished home offers endless calm and relaxation, ideal for a sunny vacation or some time spent on a working holiday.
Entering this home from the lively streets of Randwick, you are met with an immediate sense of style and sophistication. A dramatic monochrome interior delivers a chic sense of refinement to the open-plan living area, where you can spend many welcoming days enjoying your surroundings. A spotless kitchen island zones the white kitchen from the rest of the room, enclosing a double oven, coffee machine and all you would need to cook up a fabulous brunch. An elegant concrete dining table easily seats 8 around its wishbone chairs, or you can relax on the cosy corner sofa overlooking the private garden and pool.
Warm days here are best spent in the lush jungle-esque garden, which surrounds the azure pool - the perfect place to cool off! Locals' favourite Coogee Beach is just a 20-minute walk from your door and is a great place to catch a wave. If you get your fill of sun sand and sea, explore an abundance of high-end restaurants and delicate boutiques. You can spend hours delving down through Belmore Street, the central commercial hub that boasts two shopping centres and a mishmash of independent and franchise stores. The Neighbourhood
- Surrounded by beaches, you're in a great location to reach Coogee, Clovelly or even Bronte Beach, where you can spend a day soaking up the sun, sand and surf.
- If you're lucky enough to be staying in Randwick during racing season, you must visit the institution that is the Royal Randwick Racecourse. An institution since the 1830's it's the ultimate weekend destination for races.
- Perouse Road hosts a bunch of inviting and tasty places to grab a bite to eat. Maybe Frank is a popular pizza place serving traditional woodfired pizza in a relaxed setting.
- Pop into the Ritz cinema, a beloved Art Deco landmark with an upstairs bar and an old-school vibe, showing the best films around.
There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car, as there is plenty of street parking. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

We enjoyed our stay based on the location (we had a car) and the host communication was excellent, but there were a few things about the property (that are totally fixable) that were annoying (we’ll msg the host in private about these).

We loved our stay here. The place is beautiful and comfy. We did have a few issues during our stay ( washing machine broke down, WiFi stopped working) but l’Abode were extremely responsive and got the issues fixed in no time.

Pretty much all positive. Great service when we let L’Abode know the king bed hadn’t been split into 2 singles as requested, and also great service when we discovered there was no gas in the BBQ bottle. The small negatives were the bbq was dirty and had no tools, the oven was not very clean, there were not enough hand towels. A few more tea/coffee mugs would have been nice!

Lovely house. Improvement would have been the addition of an air conditioning unit and/or a fan in the downstairs area. Perhaps blinds over the skylights would have meant the main living area stayed a little cooler. Overall it was great thank you.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
