Nestled in a Quaint historic town of Evandale, surrounded by antique shops, bakeries and Clarendon Hotel. We are only a 5 min walk to the town centre and make sure to experience Evandale's famous Sunday market!

Bedding Configuration:

- Bed 1: 1 x King Bed
- Bed 2: 2 x Single Beds (beds can be made to a 1 x King should a couple require this - please let management know if you need this configuration)
- Lounge: 1 single mattress (floor)

2 x Bathrooms:
- 1 x bathroom has shower, bath, toilet, and basin
- 1 x Ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet, and basin

Home Truths:

- Please advise should you need the single beds to made into a king - otherwise left as 2 singles
- Pets are subject for approval- $20 per night additional fee per pet
- 1 Large Bathroom and a small ensuite in the 2nd bedroom (no door to the ensuite)
- Parking for the markets are situated in the paddock right behind the property so on Sunday mornings this paddock is used for parking for the markets

Please note there are strictly no parties or gatherings at this property. L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to decline any bookings if we believe the property will be misused. Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. For non-Airbnb bookings, IDs for verification will be required, and a pre-authorisation hold will be placed one day prior to arrival.

Situated in a quaint little town, it's a convenient drive away from Launceston City. Place is tastefully set up and children had fun with the toys provided !

A beautiful private space which we absolutely loved! Plenty of space and had everything we needed. Far enough of out of the city that it felt super peaceful and private but only a quick 15 minute drive away from the CBD. Really great easy off street parking. Would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful place, exactly as described. Close to town and everything was easy. Host was accommodating to our last minute booking. Just bring some uggs if you’re visiting in winter as the concrete floor is freezing!

This was our second stay. Very comfortable with great heating options for our winter visit. The easy parking, single level and spacious layout made it easy for my husband who has mobility issues. We hope to be back.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
