Great location - easy to go north or south. Great room - had everything we wanted, service was excellent- we extended a couple of times. There is a construction site next door and that’s the only detractor.

Was here for 5 days for work. The property is in a great location in proximity to the racecourses, Breakfast Creek Hotel and walks. Unfortunately, the apartment has a terrible amount of noise from the construction right outside. The apartment has blinds which are quite simply - useless - and light streams through. There was a delivery of new blinds when I was there, but I fear they will also be inadequate, the place needs block out curtains. Disapprovingly, there was only one security fob therefore you have to handover the keys to anyone in the apartment, you can't even leave them in the letterbox, this was a major inconvenience. The pool has no furniture to relax, and the gym has no ventilation and is of a poor standard. The apartment presents well enough, but unfortunately it wasn't a good stay for us.

Great location and tidy apartment. Unfortunately we have to leave a neutral review due issues faced with construction flood lights coming through gaps in the blinds during the night which made it difficult to sleep. However it is understood that the host is going to recify the issue with the blinds. It was also appreciated that the description on Airbnb did note that there is construction noise happening during the day. Would definintely recommend this apartment if there was no construction nearby.

Opening the glass door on the balcony is a big construction site, and it's very noisy at 7am every morning.The bathroom sink was blocked, we dredged ourselves, the washing machine was very dirty and not recommended!

Good location and excellent being pet friendly. Kitchen and laundry were fitted out really well. Only downside for us was that we felt the bed’s mattress and the couch were low quality and uncomfortable. Bedroom’s vertical blinds let too much light in. No sleep in!

The apartment is nice and spacious but you cannot sleep in there. The beds are so uncomfortable. We had some of the worst sleep we’ve ever had, even the kids were unhappy. We had a function on the Saturday and we’re all exhausted from getting no sleep! The extra single bed that was tucked away in the wardrobe was broken. Please people, if you are offering accommodation the most important thing is a clean and comfortable bed. I would not stay here again.

This property helped us while we were between homes. The fact that we could have our pets with us was fantastic. It was quiet and could go for walks along the river. Also found some great places to eat, only a short driving distance away. Very central and convenient.

The place was good and clean. The bed and the sofa bed was comfortable. Has enough towels, blankets and bedding. We had an issue with check in and took 2 hours to get into the apartment, also had to use service door to take all our luggage up the service stairs. We only got the access cards working after 3 days. The washing machine trip most of the time we switch it on. There were only one small pot for cooking or boiling something so we had to buy a pot, there were no hangers in the cupboard, no cleaning cloth or dishwashing sponge, other necessary things were there. Overall it was ok but they can improve the service and communication.

Unfortunately this host didn’t deliver. Could have been pleasant stay. No toilet paper or kitchen sponges on arrival, carpet and rugs are filthy and need steam clean and now best replaced, vacuum cleaner stunk when used, sofa bed was full of dust, under and around sofa bed was dust and dirt where my kids slept, no pillows provided for the sofa bed for the kids, one keycard didn’t work, tv remote doesn’t work, need to turn off at power point, bedroom needs blockout curtains as it’s daylight in there all night from hotels brightly lit sign across Rd, pool water is cloudy so we didn’t use it. Washing machine trips power on spin cycle, dishwasher flooded kitchen when used, 1 dishwasher satchel provided for 1 week stay, Initially host communicated well but then went silent when we asked for partial refund for all the issues we had. Building is nice but location isn’t the best, to far to walk to CityCat terminal or restaurants, Better to stay at the end of racecourse road where there are many restaurants, supermarket, playground, CityCat terminal etc. host has lots to learn.

Great location. Very clean, organised, and accommodation has everything you need. We are a couple with a medium sized dog and the apartment was a great size for us. Communication with L’Abode was clear and prompt and would highly recommend staying here. Plus having our own parking spot was very convenient.

Nice apartment and good communication. The pool area wasn’t really as aspected but still really nice. The gym was okay and the apartment was beautiful. We got everything we needed and we had a good time. The bus connection wasn’t that good to the cbd and it took about 30 minutes. But all in all I would recommend staying with l’abode accommodation.

Good place to stay, nice view of the Brisbane River on the rooftop. Very accessible to shops and good location as traffic is not as busy and close to CBD and airport. Proactive property manager and good amount of information about the access to the property and surrounding place of interest. Carpark was a plus, though ramp was quite steep.

The hosts were very fast in replying when I needed them. The room was lovely and clean and had everything need for a long stay. It's not too central but not to far out from the city either which was perfect for me and my partner, public transport wasn't too far off either. It's also close to a beautiful walk around the river!

Lovely modern apartment across from the river. Easily accessible and very peaceful. Nice pool and gym areas. Short walk to the breaky creek hotel, Albion park and the BP for essentials. No river or city views from the actual apartment but lovely views from the pool area. Great communication from the host.

This one bedroom apartment is located at river bank, it has a pedestrian walking path alone the river all the way up to the cruise ship port and city skyline on the way. The unit has its own underground parking space which is very friendly to those with a car. The apartment is new and clean and stylish, a high speed wifi connection and smart TV. Highly recommend for those considered to stay in Brisbane, it is very close to CBD with a short drive or you can take a free ferry.
