What We LoveThis stunning North Bondi home is full of natural light and gorgeous coastal accents fit for a perfect beach holiday.
The property is ideal for a family getaway, accommodating up to 4 guests across two bedrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated with chic touches, and both have queen size beds for a comfortable night's rest. Mirrored built in robes provide ample storage for longer stays.
A well-appointed kitchen contains all you'll need for whipping up a delicious meal, and the breakfast bar offers casual seating for relaxed dining.
The welcoming open plan living area has a comfortable two-seater sofa to unwind on, plus TV and complimentary Wifi for your entertainment.
The indoor space is enhanced by a spectacular outdoor courtyard. Folding glass doors open off the living/kitchen area so you can take advantage of combined indoor-outdoor living in warmer weather.
Lush greenery provides a tropical feeling whilst you dine alfresco at the large outdoor dining table. Access to a BBQ during your stay means you can grill up a storm!
There is also bench seating that wraps around the entire courtyard space for a cosy spot to sit or nap in the sun! From the private courtyard door, you can see a glimpse of the inviting water. Once you venture back from the beach, rinse off at the double head private outdoor shower.
The indoor bathroom feels modern and fresh with a self-contained shower and spacious basin.
This North Bondi home is just minutes (walking) to the beach (2 streets away) so you can embrace everything an Eastern beaches coastal holiday has to offer, including relaxing in the sun, water sports and an array of the best cafes and restaurants nearby.

•Please note there is No Air Conditioning in this property.
•Current construction work is taking place on a neighbouring property in front of the building, construction times are Monday - Friday 7:30am-3pm, however we hope this will cause little disruption to your stay.
Points of Interest:
- On Sunday head 5 minutes down the road to Campbell Parade and explore the markets which are full of new and vintage treasures
- Local favourite North Bondi Fish is just down the road. The open space with lanterns has beachfront views and delicious food
- If you're ready to take on some water sports, you can book a surf lesson or hire stand-up paddle boards, kayaks and more
- Take on the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk (stop for a dip in the water along the way) and treat yourself to an ice cream at the end!

My daughter and I loved our stay. Incredible location, so close to the beach and shops. Glad we didn’t have a car as parking would’ve been a nightmare. Overall, it was small but perfect size for us and had everything we needed, including a beautiful big courtyard.

The accommodation was first class, well presented and included everything you could possibly need, the outside space was amazing and was just like a small, unexpected oasis of paradise. Given the location - within 4 minutes of Bondi Beach - it is just superb. Thanks to L'Abode team for an amazing stay.

We arrived at the premises to find rubbish in the garden & broken table with 6 inch nail exposed. The agent informed us that they would sort this for us in the morning however we resolved the issue ourselves. Our major concern here was that after waking up in the morning we discovered that the duvet (between the two sheets) & pillows in both bedrooms were absolutely disgusting & yellow stained. They offered to change the linen however we didn’t want to stay anymore. After complaining and asking for full refund they were very reluctant however after informing AirBNB Support eventually they refunded the two remaining days & still charged us 70% for one nights stay. We moved back to our original AirBNB in Bondi after wasting most of the day trying to resolve this. Very disappointing .

1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
