This home is a tale of two halves; on the ground floor, you'll discover a relaxed dining and lounge room, complete with serene coastal decor and a luxurious marble fireplace. The exquisite marble accents continue, spilling across the kitchen countertops, softened by the rattan chairs around the formal dining table. The ground floor is truly multi-purpose, with snug seating nooks and access to a private terrace, complete with a retractable awning to shield when needed from the summer sun. Conversely, the first floor boasts an entertaining space, dedicated to enjoying the famous Harbour Bridge views. Many an evening could be spent mixing tipples at your full cocktail bar and enjoying them from the accompanying sitting area.
Darling Point is, of course, famed for its beauty. Abodes with expansive views jostle alongside prestigious sites and vast green spaces. A walk to the marina is the perfect way to welcome in the day. Nearby Rushcutters Bay Park is also a must-see - a stunning harbourside park that features outdoor tennis courts, a fenced sports oval and a cafe, full of families, dogs, and stylish residents.

Bars, eateries, shops and transport are a stroll away in the Double Bay village which boasts some of the finest eateries and boutiques where waterside tranquillity is juxtaposed with a bustling cosmopolitan lifestyle. Venturing further afield, Paddington, Potts Point and Darlinghurst are all within easy reach.

- For the nautically inclined the CYC Sailing Club has a bar and restaurant overlooking many Sydney-Hobart prestigious yachts. A charming 15-minute walk through Rushcutters Bay Park will take you to Potts Point, where you can find some more great options, like The Butler, Dear Sainte Eloise, and Chester White.
- If you're a keen swimmer, The Murray Rose Pool, known to locals as 'Redleaf', is a wonderful nearby tidal pool, which is not to be missed. You can enjoy diving from the wraparound deck or taking a more chilled approach and sunbathing on the floating pontoon.
- If you're looking for some upmarket cocktails, try the Roosevelt cocktail bar in Potts Point. A New York-style bar with an incredible range of martinis and only a 20-minute stroll from your door!
- We recommend grabbing the best breakfasts from Indigo, or Bills. For a delicious dinner, try Sake, where you can dine on the best Japanese flavours. Try and get a table on the roof terrace if you can!
- There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
