Boasting private parking, and situated only a stone's throw from the beach, this is the ideal base for a short or long stay. Clean lines, dark wooden floors and accent panelling channel mid-century sophistication throughout and you'll have every thoughtful amenity you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

In the vast open plan living space, a large kitchen invites you to craft your own perfect brunch to be shared with friends around the formal dining table. You're spoiled with sea-views from a natural lit balcony, with an auto pergola for extra comfort or sink into a long, low cream sofa at the end of a full day. The two main bedrooms offer just as much comforting elegance, sporting Queen beds in each room and offering a relaxing glimpse of the sparkling Coogee lights at night or leafy trees through the large windows during the beautiful sunny days. There is an option to sleep a fifth person on a king single size Koala pull-out bed, in the third bedroom for extra space if you need it.

With so much to offer, you'll be hard picked to choose between buzzing cafes, great restaurants and picturesque swimming spots.First on your itinerary should be a swim at Wylie's baths. These old-school ocean baths are one of Sydney's best-kept secrets and a fabulous spot for a family day out. From there, wander down the beach, grab a coffee and hit Coogee Bay Road for any number of inviting dining and nightlife options.

The Neighbourhood

- Check out Coogee Pavilion, the multi-level beachside hangout of choice. which boasts a wood-fired pizza oven, oyster bar, juice cart, flower stall and playground kitted out with three ping-pong tables, a giant Scrabble board and blocks. Upstairs is a rooftop bar with gorgeous views. Genteel in the day, this bar really comes alive at night.
- You can't stay here without checking out the gorgeous beaches - the golden sand of Coogee beach is on your doorstep and the surfers' destination, Bondi beach is not far. Or take a stroll along the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Path to take in the view of them all!
- For some amazing Pad Thai, check out Sugar Cane. New to the area, it moved from Surrey hills, bringing its great reputation with it!
- Just on your doorstep is Coogee bakery, an iconic spot to pick up a meat pie. The perfect fresh-baked cure for almost any adventure from the night before.
There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

We stayed here with our two boys and it felt like home. The quality of appliances and comfort of the home made our stay easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay again.

Beautifully designed for an old apartment. Views and birdlife were lovely. Easy walk into Coogee, neighbours were friendly and apartment was pristine.

The apartment is lovely and bright with stunning ocean views, it was lovely waking up everyday with so much light in the house. We had a great stay overall. The kitchen is well equipped, best I’ve ever seen. Beds are very comfortable. The decor amazing too. A few downsides; location is not the best, although beautiful neighbourhood Coogee is very hilly so getting to the beach or anywhere really it’s quite an event especially if you have kids like I do. If you are unlucky like we were you will experience the full power of an Airbus 380 engine over your head at 6am when flights are diverted, it literally flys over you non stop all day! We had it happened to us in about 5-6 days during our stay. The other thing is the neighbour downstairs, you can hear him snoring all night long. But aside from these noisy inconveniences the place is stunning and homely. We were there for 19 days and would probably stay again if location was more convenient for a family with kids.

Well appointed renovation on this apartment. In the treetops at the top of the hill from Coogee Beach. Walls are a little thin, but neighbors were quiet enough. Airflow through apartment was good.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
