Our stay in the apartment is well liked. The apartment is nicely decorated and is located in a nice neighborhood with a bus stop in front of the door. With a 15-20 minute walk you are at Darling Harbour and in the neighborhood itself there are also nice bars, restaurant and several supermarkets. The apartment is noisy, a somewhat older, wooden house and you we hear the upstairs neighbors well. However, a comfortable bed and the apartment is fully equipped. However, dusty under and behind the nightstands and the bathroom additions need to be replaced, due to moisture and mold it looks a little dirty. The accommodation was otherwise good and the hosts are quick to respond to questions!

We enjoyed our stay at this location very much. The place was clean and well kitted out for your needs. It’s close to many attractions, such as, Fish Market, Darling Harbour, The Star. Etc The bus stop is right outside the door. Great pub on the corner called the Dunkirk, which has tasty food. It’s also close to Woolies for groceries. We felt very at home at this location. We would stay here again, if we return to Sydney. Management was also quick to address a small issue we had. I would rate A+. Thanks for making our visit to Sydney so comfortable.

Disappointed by blocked vanity that LaAbode expected us to try to fix. They wanted us to try boiling water down drain and when I emailed them saying it didn’t work, they wanted me to buy drano and try that. They should have just arranged a plumber. I am here on holiday, not run around buying drano and spending my valuable time trying to fix their apartment. Also very noisy from people in apartment above, as no sound insulation, although other reviews stated the same, so we were expecting some noise. Floors were sticky to walk on in bear feet, actually dirty as my socks were always filthy. Otherwise, just as expected. With a little maintenance and cleaning this would have been a really nice stay. - 3 star review , could have been a 4 star with a little effort.

1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
