Strictly no more guests than the maximum number of people allowed, can stay in the property (maximum: 8 adults and 4 kids). 4. No smoking inside the property whats-so-ever. DAMAGE PROTECTION This property is protected by Just Be Lekker, the travel reputation platform. Guests must pay a R7,500 refundable security deposit to secure the property and should expect contact from Just Be Lekker to verify the booking. Please note that an additional non refundable service fee of R47 will be charged. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. In the event of a claim a 15% service fee will be charged. While the security deposit will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the Just Be Lekker verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking. LATE CHECK-INS In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTATION AND PROCESSES We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
