A reception is open for guests to check in and check out and secure luggage storage is available.
The apartment is situated in the old city within easy walking distance of the marina, the old cathedral, the Ramblas and the beach.

I think the descriptor of "luxury" apartment is inaccurate. There is nothing luxury about this apartment. The pros are the LOCATION, for sure, and that it is spacious and has a full size fridge and two bathrooms with hot water, and the elevator. The amenities provided were EXTREMELY scarce - one square of soap per bathroom & one shampoo/gel combo, hair dryer, TP. Missing hand soap for the kitchen, one kitchen towel, one medium (scratchy, old) towel and one small towel per guest. When I inquired about more towels, I was told they would be 6 euro each! No detergent for the washer. The quality inside is just old and cheap. The view from one bedroom window is looking directly inside a neighbor's laundry room. Fridge leaked and they never came to fix. Also, THE LOUDEST FRONT DOOR EVER! Shook the whole apt. any time a neighbor left the building. Loud on the weekend, but understandable. The photos are outdated, missing decor. Hot! No AC even though advertised!! So, three stars for me.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was well-organized with great attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy. The location is also convenient, making the stay even more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The flat is great for larger groups, with plenty of space and a lovely roof terrace. The location is also very good. We all found the check-in process a bit cumbersome, as everyone had to upload their ID. In addition, an extra €50 is charged for a later check-in, which I do not understand. Why isn't this handled via a key box? I do not need anyone to show me the flat in person. Here, customers are only being charged for unnecessary services. We also booked a late check-out until 2:00 p.m. for €20 euros, which was also confirmed and charged to us. On the day of our departure, the manager is at the door at 11 a.m. to throw us out, claiming he knows nothing about it, saying it's our problem and that we have to leave within the next 10 minutes. No insight or apology whatsoever on his part. The flat and the location are good, but unfortunately, everything else is not.

We stayed here with a party of six. It was a fantastic place to be in Barcelona. Here are three things to know: 1.) The unit has three large french doors that open onto the narrow street in Barri Gòtic. You can open all of them, put a chair out on the deck and watch the light change throughout the day. It is amazing. 2.) The location is minutes from everything in Barri Gòtic, the water, multiple metro stops, stores, bakeries, churches, and even a trampoline in Plaça de Sant Miquel. 3.) The kitchen has an electric water heater, a French Press, plates, mugs, cups, etc. Every morning we would have breakfast from Forn de Pa Sant Jordi or Forns Del Pi with coffee. It was a great place to stay in with the doors open, or to go out.
