All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.
- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.
- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

Check in was very easy. The place was clean. Unfortunately, we found that sometimes there was no response to questions for a very long time or you had to wait longer. If you want to spend a few days in Barcelona, the apartment is good. The beds were a little tight for us personally to sleep well in the two of us, which is why we slept in separate beds. You are in the center of the city in about 15 minutes. Be sure to pay for an earlier check-in fee. All in all, it was a good trip.

Excellent apartments for a family or a group of friends. The apartment matched the photos on the website. The bedrooms face the inner courtyard, so despite being in a big and noisy city, it was quiet and easy to sleep. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. There is also a spacious living room where everyone can comfortably gather to share their experiences from the day and enjoy dinner together at a large table. Convenient transportation options, as well as easy access on foot. I will definitely rent it again in the future!
