There is a nice gallery area off of the living room with large windows that can be opened to let in the breeze and some sun. In the living room, there is a sizeable couch, coffee table, and television.
The kitchen is located in the center of the apartment, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, and other basic appliances. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all your basic needs such as plates, silverware, cups, etc.
The apartment is located very centrally in Barcelona, near Sagrada Familia. Sagrada Familia is less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment, making it very easy to visit the famous monument. This calm and nice district is known for its great restaurants, central location and lots of tourist attractions nearby.
If you want to stay with your family, with friends or for business in Barcelona, in a central and calm/nice district, this fully equipped apartment will definitely fulfil your needs.
To note: there is no elevator in this building and this apartment is on the 3rd floor.
Other things to note
Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.
- No lift but the apartment is located on the ¨2nd¨/ real third floor
- Old building. Not a great entrance / staircase maintenance, but in fair condition. Can be noisy.
- Suitable for families. Suitable for business travellers. Should you not be a family or business traveller always contact us first with a description of you and the fellow group as also ages and reason of stay.
- Please understand that some areas are used intensively and will be more worn than others, but we always do the best we can to keep everything clean and maintained.
- Should you notice anything malfunctioning, not clean, etc please report immediately so action can be taken. We try to be very attentive but in the end are human and things can escape the eye.
- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.
- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

Easy to find and easy access. Not far from Sagrada and other objects, metro and other public transportation quite close. However the apartment needs an update, I’d say the pictures were taken few years and few hundreds of visitors ago. We visited on march and it was quite cold and damp in the apartment, tiles were very cold and our towels wouldn’t dry because there is no heating other than aircon. As most airbnbs have it, I need to mention, that kitchen was functional but you wouldn’t find anything like pinch of salt or even tea there, just coffee machine with no capsules. The check in is with a code by the door and no physical contact with the host, and they don’t work outside working hours, so I didn’t really understand the need for the fee. If you want to just drop your bags and go explore, it will be fine, but if youplan to spend more time in the apartment, you will be disappointed.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
