The apartment is located very centrally in Barcelona, Eixample Esquerra. This calm and nice district is known for its great restaurants, central location and many tourist attractions nearby, such as Casa Mila and Casa Batllo.

The space
This apartment in Barcelona is great for families, couples or business stays. It can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms (one individual and one double), 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice balcony. The apartment size is about 80 m2.

Room 1: Double bed, large wardrobe, ensuite bathroom
Room 2: Single bed

There are two small balconies at the front side, accessible from the living room. Not really meant for sitting, but offer you great views.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:

All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment

- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

We enjoyed our stay. It is in a perfect location! Walkable distance to La Sagrada Familia, restaurants, and public transportation. Host very responsive whenever needed. Definitely recommend to others!

    Reasons for not returning the security deposit are as follows: -Non authorized departures prior to the time estimated given to the owner or the agency. -Accommodating more people than stipulated in the reservation contract. -Disturbing the neighborhood/community. Any guest who causes excessive noise or disturbance will be asked to leave the apartment immediately with no refund at all. HOUR BETWEEN 9pm TO 8am. -Any large damage or theft committed to the apartment by the tenants. Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
