The space
The apartment size is about 80 m2. The apartment is located very centrally in Barcelona, Eixample Esquerra. This calm and nice district is known for its great restaurants, central location and lots of tourist attractions near by.For example Casa Mila and Casa Batllo. If you want to stay with your family, with friends or for business in Barcelona, in a central and calm/nice district, this fully equipped apartment will definitely fulfil your needs.

IF you are NOT a family travelling, kindly CONSULT with us before booking communicating ages and motive of stay. This is a quiet residential apartment where young groups of travellers are not allowed.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.
- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.
- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

When we arrived, we found the toilets and kitchen dirty, and there were hairs everywhere, including on the bed linens. After raising a dispute, the host sent a cleaning lady the next day. She changed the beds but didn’t have the necessary equipment to clean the bathrooms. I had to clean the dirt myself, which was very disappointing. The apartment requires some renovation and definitely needs a different cleaning company. On the positive side, it was warm, quiet, and located in a great area.

Although the space and location were good, there was a very apparent issue with communication. I contacted the hosts and did not receive a message back for about a day even after sending multiple follow up texts. Upon arrival, a friend, who I was traveling with, called the appropriate number to let the hosts know that we'd be arriving soon. They did not answer and when they did call us back, they told us that they thought we were no longer coming (I'm not sure why). There were also a few maintenance issues: One of the showers was very clogged and water would flood easily, one of the outlets didn't work, and one of the bathroom windows wouldn't close. Although the host was very friendly and caring when these issues were presented, it was clear that the place wasn't well kept up. It's also slightly inconvenient completing the same information for both Airbnb and Enjoy Apartments. Nice hosts but bad communication.

Additional rules
Reasons for not returning the security deposit are as follows: -Non authorized departures prior to the time estimated given to the owner or the agency. -Accommodating more people than stipulated in the reservation contract. -Disturbing the neighborhood/community. Any guest who causes excessive noise or disturbance will be asked to leave the apartment immediately with no refund at all. - Rest hours: from 9p.m to 8a.m > it's not allowed to make party/noise -Any large damage or theft committed to the apartment by the tenants. Please note that to have better control over the use of the terrace, we might request you to sign an annex of the contract with additional rules and conditions on the appropriate behaviour and use of terrace & apartment (especially for younger groups). - Lock up

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
