This apartment is a stylish, modern apartment located in the core of the modernist area. At a stone's throw located from the famous Passeig de Gracia featuring La Pedrera or the reknown Casa Batllo closeby. This large 180m2 apartment is set up with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The space
#Important note: all legal and licensed apartments in Barcelona are obliged to pay a tourist tax, which is excluded of the prices. Read more below in "other things to note".

Entering the apartment on the right hand side there is an independent suite for 3 persons with own large balcony/terrace that faces the front side, overlooking the Rambla de Catalunya. Great to serve your morning coffees. There is a double room, a large wardrobe and ensuite bathroom available here. Also you will find a single bed. There is a full bathroom with bathtub.

Going down the hall to the larger part of the apartment on the right hand side you will find two bathrooms and on the left side you will see the two double bedrooms, of which one a double bed and the other room has two individual beds. Opposite to the room there is a kitchen with sufficient items to cook your meals.

Interesting detail is found in the dining part, where Rafaela's piano is found. This old classic piano gives a special touch to the apartment and can be used to discover the Mozart in you. The spacious living room is equipped with two large sofas and a flatscreen TV. An additional sofa is found below the window at the inside patio, where you can relax and read a book.

All in all this apartment is considered as a space to relax your mind, unwind from the city. A place where you can be in the middle of the action, yet fully isolated from the hectic living. You will enjoy it for sure!

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:

All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.

- When entering the classic hall of the building there is one stairs up to the elevator which might make the property somewhat more difficult to enter for wheelchairs access.

- In order to keep the quality of the apartment and building, this apartment is mainly suited to receive families or couples friends. It is not suitable for events or younger groups. We request information about our guests, please include a description of the guests, your motive of stay, etcetera.

- Noise restrictions between 21:00 - 08:00 hrs apply. Use of piano is also asked to use responsibly and respectfully.

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.

- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

The house is in a good location and very wide, with a lot of sun light. Everything was good and functioned well. Good place for staying for a group (we were family of 6). Thank you!

Very nice size apartment. The volumes are interesting to be to several couples each has so. Privacy thanks to its 3 bathrooms 3 toilets….. You just have to redo the paintings Edit light fixtures because many HS light bulbs The location of the apartment is exceptional in a very busy neighborhood and close to everything.

We loved staying at this apartment and would certainly return the next time we're in Barcelona. The location is excellent. Easy walking access to lots of the Barcelona attractions. And easy access to the metro and trains for everything else. Despite being located in the center in a busy neighborhood, it was also private and mostly quiet (neighbors make more noise than the street). The apartment is even bigger than it looks in the photos (not common on Airbnb). Everything was clean. And there's a piano which our family of musicians made use of! We ran into a couple maintenance issues during our two week stay. These were inconvenient but not anyone's fault. Most importantly, the host resolved them all very quickly without any interruption to our itinerary. This apartment was much bigger, much nicer, and with a much bettter communicating host than the similar (on paper) apartment we stayed at in Madrid. And this one cost less! Excellent value. Highly recommended.

The apartment is large and bright but requires renovation. The paintings are old and the lighting is insufficient. A living room shutter is broken, remaining half firm. This gives a sad side to this place that could look great. The windows are old too and close badly... pity not to repair/fix all this….
