The additional bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a twin bed that includes a hidden pull-out bed beneath, making it a perfect space for guests or children.

All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.
-The apartment is perfect for families and solo/business travellers. It is not suitable for groups of young friends, parties, gatherings, events etcetera and it is actively monitored. Should you want to be considered for booking please introduce yourself and your group.
- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.
- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
-The elevator has space for just one suitcase per ride (up and down). So when you are travelling with multiple suitcases keep in mind you have to go with the elevator in a few go's.
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots. Do keep in mind that it is not allowed to bring baby strollers upstairs. It can be stored downstairs and you will be given a key.

My stay was overall good!! check-in was less than ideal since I had to wait outside for 35 minutes despite calling ahead as requested, but I remember this was due to Friday evening traffic delaying the check-in agent. The host was very communicative the whole time during the wait. The space is beautiful just as advertised! My Partner and I loved it :) the terrace is large with lots of plants that add to the scenery. The panoramic view of the city! Absolutely stunning! Unfortunately we missed the memo about having too many guests which we did for a little dinner and games evening - the sounds proofing isn't great so Loud conversations, TV, etc... can be heard in the hallways and other apartments. So this is a caveat. In general, good place, great location!

Overall, we enjoyed the suite—the location was great, the place was clean the apartment was beautiful, and the rooftop was lovely. However, the coffee machine was broken and despite messaging and phoning the host, there was no response or resolution provided which was very disappointing since it was listed as an amenity. Finally, the washer-dryer issue broke down right before our check-out which made for a frustrating end to our stay.

Arrival between 00:00 and 07:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee. Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee. IMPORTANT NOTE: it's important to accept and respect the house rules, especially the noise part, it is totally prohibited to hold parties or make noise from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Respectful behaviour is requested at all times. The apartment has a large terrace which can be used. Take into account it is suitable for solo travellers and families (and families with children). If you do not fall in these categories, please inquire before booking, explaining more about yourselves, ages and reason of stay. It is strictly forbidden to invite others at the apartment. Should you be expecting anyone, always let us know for approval. It is also forbidden to move the furniture which is inside the apartment aswell as on the terrace. It is also not allowed to move or touch the plants. - Lock up
