The space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by natural light illuminating the warm wooden floors, guiding you into a living area where simplicity meets comfort. The living room features a plush greywhite toned sofa that can be converted into a bed, providing a cozy space for relaxation or an extra sleeping area. The elegant wooden dining table with industrial black chairs offers a stylish spot for meals or work.The bedroom serves as your private sanctuary, equipped with a comfortable double bed dressed in fresh linens, ensuring a good night's sleep. The modern decor is consistent throughout, with clean lines and a soothing color scheme that enhances the tranquil atmosphere.
The bathroom is stylishly designed with contemporary fixtures and a walk-in shower, offering a refreshing start or relaxing end to your day.
- The elevator has space for just one suitcase per ride (up and down). So when you are travelling with multiple suitcases keep in mind you might have to go with the elevator in a few go's.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.
- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.
- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 6,88€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

We were super happy about everything! The location was good in relation to the church and close to both metro stations and buses, so you could easily get around to the different parts of Barcelona. Please note that there is no salt, pepper or oil even though it is in the description. For us it did not matter, as there is a supermarket just across the street. The apartment is also very noisy, but again not a problem if you are out a lot.

This was an excellent choice for our Barcelona trip! The location could not be better; being right next to the Sagrada Familia was a beautiful start and end to our days, and the neighborhood is very well-connected to the rest of the city via public transport. The apartment is cozy and a great place to relax in the evenings after a long day of exploring. We visited as a family with a baby and had a really great time. We found it to be a wonderful and comfortable place to stay. A note for future guests: As this apartment is in an older, more established area of Barcelona, it does have older piping. This means the water flow/pressure isn't what you might be used to in a new building. Please keep this in mind when reading other reviews... it's a characteristic of staying in an older, more authentic part of the city, and we found it to be a small compromise for the overall excellent experience. Highly recommended for explorers!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
