This apartment is located less than a 5-minute walk from the L’illa shopping center, right in the heart of Les Corts.
A charming and super cozy space featuring two double bedrooms, one bathroom, a dedicated workspace, a comfortable living room, and a spacious garden—perfect for enjoying Barcelona’s great weather and vibrant atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and all the appliances you need to cook and prepare a delicious breakfast before heading out to explore the vibrant streets of the Ciudad Condal.
The apartment features a full bathroom and two bedrooms with flexible bed arrangements: two single beds that can be converted into doubles. By default, one room is set up with two single beds and the other with a double bed. If a different arrangement is required, it is MANDATORY to request it at least 24 hours in advance.
Following the bedrooms, you’ll find the spacious living room and a dedicated area for work or study.
A few steps further, you’ll discover the large garden—a bright and cheerful space that adds a special touch to the apartment. It features a cozy chill-out zone as well as a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.

All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.
- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.
- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

Excellent Stay with Super Responsive Hosts! I had a wonderful stay at this well located Barcelona apartment. The neighborhood is perfect for exploring the city just a short walk to Plaza Espanya, Montjuïc Park, and the famous Magic Fountain shows. The Poble Sec metro station nearby provides quick access to La Rambla, Gothic Quarter, and Barceloneta Beach in just minutes. A special shoutout to the hosts for their amazing responsiveness when I accidentally locked myself out they arrived to help in less than 30 minutes, which was truly impressive! Highly recommend for travelers who want a central location with exceptional service.

- Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
