Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.
- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.
- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 6,88€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

The location is fantastic, and the apartment is very comfortable. I really appreciated the support from the host. One suggestion for improvement would be to address the issue with the shower door. It tends to leak water outside, so having to place a towel outside is necessary. It would be great if this could be fixed, as it would enhance the overall experience. Thank you!

I don't usually write bad reviews but my two friends and I were not impressed by the standards of this Airbnb. We found dirt and hair all over the floor of the bathroom. The toilet had been used prior to our arrival. All the blinds were pulled down when we arrived which we later found to be because one was broken and fell off the wall when we attempted to pull it up. All the chairs around the table were cracked in half on the seat area, meaning it pinched your clothes and thighs when you sat down. I pulled out plates from the kitchen to find dried food on some of them. The AC in the bedroom was completely broken. The shower flooded the bathroom every use. This was not a cheap Airbnb and we had to wait until 3pm to check in as they needed time to 'clean'. I messaged the host after arrival with a message plus photos of my concerns, they read it and did not respond. I've stayed in cheaper and better Airbnb's in Barcelona many times and I would not recommend this company nor use it again.

The apartment is full of black mould. This is significant in the bathroom, particularly on the roof above the shower. It is also present on the wall in the lounge that adjoins to the bathroom. Overall, the place was extremely dirty with hair on the ground, unclean microwave and unwiped surfaces. Moreover there was opened food items left in the fridge, including milk, cheeses and cured meats that had not been disposed of prior to our arrival. The dining rooms chair all had cracks in them and the curtains did not shut out light. Great proximity to La Sagrada Familia. However, we decided to cut our journey short at this place given the uncleanliness.

Any guest who causes excessive noise or disturbance will be asked to leave the apartment immediately with no refund at all. - Rest hours: from 9p.m to 8a.m > it's not allowed to make party/noise -Any large damage or theft committed to the apartment by the tenants. - Lock up

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
