Our trip in Barcelona went really good because the place is near from everything! So of you're planning to have a trip in Barcelona, I would recommend this place. However, please take note of these things: 1. Communicate EARLY with the host/ co-host. [we had trouble going in the building turns out they give the wrong code luckily we run into someone that had the same issue and helped us) 2. If your flight is arriving earlier than the check-in time, tell them in advance. You won't be able to enter the room unless they activated the code access. ++ They most likely won't answer your WA calls/messages,airbnb messages. 3. It is really near Sagrada, souvenir shop, restaurants, and even kmart. 4. Other visitors upstairs/ going out could be loud so if u're sensitive to sounds, check it out first. Nonetheless, we had a great stay with them!

It's a superb place to stay: comfortable, well-equipped and clean. It is also well located, allowing easy access to the beach by bus as well as to the main iconic sites of the region. We highly recommend this apartment for its comfort and location, but also, and above all, for the availability and responsiveness of the owners, who were always attentive and ready to help with the slightest concern.

The accommodation was extremely expensive for what it offered. We were charged €10 per person, including children, as a city tax. We were also charged an additional €10 per person for late check-in, even though no extra service was provided. For both early and late check-in, they simply provide a door code, which Airbnb already allows. On top of that, the host asked us to collect the used towels and take the rubbish to the outside containers ourselves. I found this very unpleasant and disappointing, especially considering the high price we paid. Overall, this accommodation was absolutely not worth the money. I definitely do not recommend it and would not stay here again.

❌❌❌❌❌❌ I genuinely don’t understand the 5-star reviews. Don’t rely only on the Airbnb rating — check this property on other platforms too. We found it listed elsewhere with a rating around 2.3, which was much closer to our experience. The cleanliness was unacceptable: hair in the sheets, dirty bedding and towels, and dirt/mold in multiple areas. The shower splashed water everywhere and the washing machine didn’t work. The AC description was also misleading. The living-room AC is far from the bedrooms and faces the opposite direction. Only one bedroom had AC; the other two had no proper cooling, just an old, dirty fan — extremely uncomfortable during warm Barcelona days. The apartment is also on the 4th floor with MANY stairs, which was not made clear enough, and we heard strange building noises at night. Overall, the beautiful listing photos did not represent our experience. For the price, the property was absolutely not worth it. Check reviews on multiple platforms before booking

The house is simply stunning, very clean, bright and with attention to the smallest details. We had a small initial problem with the air conditioner, but the host proved to be a true professional: super helpful, responsive and ready to take immediate action to resolve it in the shortest possible time. The location is fantastic: the apartment is literally a 10-minute walk from the Sagrada Família, in a quiet but well-served area, and is very well connected to the city centre thanks to the public transport stops just a few minutes away. All rooms have independent air conditioning, which makes the property ideal and very pleasant even during the hottest summer months. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for every need. In general, all the services were impeccable. Excellent experience, we will definitely be back!

We all liked our stay very much. Advantages: - Super central location, there are good bus and metro connections, and the Sagrada is within walking distance - The residential area is very quiet, and there is a very tasty Italian restaurant nearby - The apartment is very spacious; the five of us felt very comfortable - The air conditioning works perfectly; the temperature is very pleasant - The beds were comfortable Cons: - The dishwasher is old and rusting - The TV cannot be used with an Amazon FireTV Stick - The tiles in the bathroom are broken - The showers were free of mould, but not in a good general condition - The kitchen is small and the equipment is partially defective (one of the pans was curved in the middle, so it was impossible to fry anything) - The rooms were very noisy: other guests in the hallway, the rubbish collection and street noise could be heard loudly Conclusion: We would book again

We had an overall positive experience staying here. It’s located in a good spot. It’s good if staying with close friends or family. To be honest the walls are thin and you can hear loud neighbors but I think that’s to be expected with older buildings. The host was really kind and reached out a lot. They even held our luggage for us at no extra cost! I would consider staying here again in the future. The biggest con is that some bedrooms don’t seem to cool down as much with the air conditioning. But I would still recommend others to stay here.

Overall, we had a good stay. The excellent location, the beautiful surroundings and the good accessibility on foot were particularly positive. Check-in was straightforward, and thanks to the clear instructions, the accommodation was easy to find. Communication with Enjoy was also excellent – friendly, fast and reliable. The accommodation was mostly as described and met our expectations. However, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. There were a few scratches and various other issues in particular, which is why the accommodation could have been cleaner overall. We also found the value for money to be only average and would have expected a little more for the price paid. Despite these points, our stay was overall pleasant. Above all, the great location, the easy check-in and the very good communication left a positive impression.

The accommodation is close to the city centre and the Basílica de la Sagrada Família, and it is exactly as described before booking. I would definitely recommend staying there. Lissette was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their office is also close to the apartment, and you can leave your bags with them after checking out until it's time to go to the airport, which is a great advantage. I would be happy to stay here again in the future, but I just hope that the furniture is updated to make it more beautiful and modern.

Unfortunately, the photos in the listing do not reflect the actual condition of the apartment. The picture we saw upon arrival was completely different. The house looked very worn and neglected, with an obvious lack of maintenance and cleanliness. There was dust under the beds, the walls were dirty, the bathroom had rust and the kitchen was also unkempt. Overall, the space did not give the impression that it had been properly cleaned and prepared for the arrival of guests. The balcony was particularly disappointing, as it was nothing like what was shown in the photos. It was completely unkempt, with the washing machines exposed and without any cover or aesthetic care. The impression created by the photos is misleading. They appear to be excessively edited or heavily retouched, resulting in the guest expecting a space that ultimately does not correspond to reality.

I travel a lot and have stayed at several Airbnb’s, so I can let a few things slide amenities wise. However, we found ants in one of the bedrooms, other bugs in the second, washing machine not working, and a bad smell in the dinning room area. We also got charged a late check in fee that wasn’t mentioned at time of booking so that was an add on, which is odd because we do not interact with anyone to check in the room, everything was with codes…. Despite everything it was a good location to the Sagradi, but the price for this was way too high.

Beautiful, spacious apartment just a couple blocks from Sagrada, yet away from the high tourist-trafficked areas. Only complaints are that the street noise and AC unit are very loud, but only in the master bedroom with the window to the street. Other bedrooms are great. Kitchen and bathrooms could be better stocked. Otherwise, it’s a great spot that I’d recommend to anyone and I’d absolutely stay in again. Hosts were very responsive and kind.

The apartment on Carrer del Consell de Cent is very well located, close to the Sagrada Família, with many nice shops and nice restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the apartment itself did not match the pictures online and was not worth the high price. Before check-in, we were unexpectedly asked to pay a late check-in fee that was not mentioned on Airbnb. The apartment was also poorly maintained: dirty bathrooms, water leaks, missing doors, and a serious mold issue in one bedroom, making it unusable for several days. We even had to move the mattress into the living room to be able to sleep. Although the issue was fixed without any notice, the air quality remained poor. In addition to street noise, there was also significant noise from the building’s hallways. The single-glazed windows and lack of curtains in one bedroom made the situation not better. Overall, the apartment’s condition did not justify the price.

Unless you’re not a light sleeper, this place is probably not suitable for you. We stayed here for 3 nights, and because the flat is on the first floor, the noise was unacceptable — noise from the street late at night, as well as people moving around upstairs. It was quite horrible for us, but luckily we managed to get some earplugs, which helped. The flat is also very dull, as there are no proper windows at all. In the main bedroom, you wouldn’t want to open the balcony door because it faces the main street, and there are no actual windows. The two smaller rooms felt more like a hostel room, again with no windows at all. That said, the location is great and very convenient for getting around. There are also supermarkets nearby.

The only positives of this Airbnb were the excellent location and the comfortable beds. Unfortunately, everything else was extremely disappointing, especially considering we paid nearly £1,200 for a 3-night stay. The apartment was in a poor state of repair and cleanliness. Multiple things were broken, including the toilet seat, and there was an exposed plug socket beside the master bedroom bed that was genuinely dangerous (when I tried to plug my phone charger into it, it sparked!). The sink in the bathroom near the living room was partially blocked and didn’t drain properly, and the air conditioning in the master bedroom made such loud, disruptive noises that we couldn’t use it while sleeping. There were stains everywhere, including across many of the walls, and the balcony was so filthy it was completely unusable. If you Google this apartment, you’ll also find many negative reviews elsewhere online which much more accurately reflect the true condition of the property.

Great location (8 minutes to the Sagrada Familia) and good value for money. The apartment was spacious and had amenities such as an iron and a hairdryer. The downside is the noise from the neighbours and the walls, which let through every sound from the stairwell. The apartment is not exactly brand new either. We also encountered a strange situation during check-in, as a member of staff was waiting on site and checked us into a different apartment. She tried to change the access code and it took a while before we managed to sort it out. However, the owner we were in contact with helped us with everything.

Had a really nice stay. The only problem was getting access to the front door at the start of the trip. Keypad was broken. They responded, and were able to get us into the unit within a couple of hours. The location is perfect for a lot of activities and site seeing. Just a few blocks from the Sagrada and Metro. The flat is as described and in a very good location for getting around and exploring Barcelona. Unfortunately, we were disappointed on certain points. There were only 2 table knives for a flat of 5 people or more… The windows are single-glazed, so you clearly sleep out on the street. One night, I had to go and sleep on the sofa so as not to be woken up. The tumble dryer filter must not have been emptied for a while, and neither has the vacuum cleaner behind the sofas… The flat is still very functional and in a good location, but we expect better from professionals, especially for the price…

There were some issues with the lock not working on arrival, but as soon as I called, I got through to someone who could help me. Absolutely fantastic. During our stay, the meter box outside the building was broken down. As a result, we were no longer able to enter. However, here too, the EnjoyApartmens staff helped us straight away. Please note: the kitchen does not have a chopping board or kitchen knives. We cut with a small knife on a dinner plate, but it was not ideal. Otherwise, the apartment was very clean, spacious, and the location was excellent. The roof of the Sagrada Familia, which stood out above the houses behind us, the lovely local cafés in the area, and the trees in the streets, which still provided some natural sounds right in the middle of the city.

The apartment was located very conveniently as it was walking distance to manh restaurants, La Sagrada Familia, and other sites. There was some road work happening on the street we were on but that didn't bother us too much. I hosts were very responsive anytime I had a question, and helpful. The flat is in a very good location; the area is very nice and full of good places to eat. However, the apartment leaves a lot to be desired – it is very poorly maintained; you can tell that it receives very little or no maintenance. We complained that one of the showers wasn't working, and they ignored our complaint. This problem was holding up our plans, as there were six of us with only one working shower. The bathroom floor and the kitchen chairs were dirty. In addition, there was a severe damp stain on the wall in one of the bedrooms.

The house is very spacious, beautiful and in an exceptional location, extremely convenient for getting around by public transport, in a very quiet area full of lovely places to go. The hosts were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, as other guests have already mentioned, at night, the noise on the stairs caused by guests from other flats can be heard very loudly from the bedrooms that overlook the stairs. In addition, the house would need more maintenance. Overall, a good place to stay for exploring Barcelona with the family.

The apartment is very close to Sagrada Família, which makes the location extremely convenient and practical. However, the photos on Airbnb seem to be from about five years ago. While the apartment still looks similar, everything is quite worn out and feels a bit grimy. At first glance, it appears clean and tidy, but the cleanliness is only superficial. Another major issue was the very thin walls and single-glazed windows. There was constant street noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep, and even normal conversations from neighbors could be clearly heard inside the apartment. One of the rooms had mold, and in the other room the mattress was worn out—the springs were very noticeable and uncomfortable on the back. Additionally, it was not mentioned in the listing that there is a €30 extra fee for check-in after 10 PM. This felt unreasonable, especially since the check-in process was fully automated with a code and I never met the host in person.

Big apartment with with fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is in a old building but this doesn’t mean you need to keep the original paint on the walls, they have stains from previous guests on the walls, furniture and floor worn out, sliding door between the two small bedrooms that offer little privacy. The couch was very dirty and used. I recommend for the location, close to Sagrada Família, supermarkets and right next is a good pizza restaurant.

This was a very nice stay! The apartment was clean, in a great location close to the Sagrada Família, and perfect for a group of 5. The only thing to be mindful of is that the building’s walls are extremely thin, so we were woken up almost every night/morning by sounds from neighbors and people talking in the stairwell. Arrived and the place was in a bad state. There was what appeared to be a large mold stain on the wall in one of the bedrooms. There were stains and hair on furniture and marks on the doors and walls. The showers were not clean and had chips in them. Overall not at all safe or clean for guests.

Our stay started with a frustrating check-in experience. The access code provided did not work when we arrived, and we had to wait outside the building for more than an hour while trying to contact the host. Communication was quite slow at first, and we had to call an international number several times, which cost us additional time and money. Eventually the issue was resolved and we were able to enter the apartment. On a positive note, the host later helped by allowing us to store our luggage for a few extra hours before our departure, which we appreciated. The apartment itself was fine and the location is great, but the difficult check-in experience affected the start of our stay.

Unfortunately, the accommodation clearly did not meet our expectations. The apartment & furniture looked run-down and poorly maintained overall (unclean bathroom, stained sofa, very simple and partially defective kitchen equipment, uncomfortable beds, partially loose sockets), unlike the photos show. Basic things like soap, detergent or dishwasher tablets were not available and had to be bought by us. Only one bedroom has windows with daylight – the others only have internal "windows" to the stairwell, which means that you can clearly hear every noise from there. The building is extremely noisy; in addition, there was loud construction work directly opposite (which was not mentioned anywhere). Our stay was anything but relaxing. The only positive thing was that the host was friendly and easily accessible.

We were a group of 6 and had a great stay at the location. The host was very helpful, responsive, provided clear instructions for check in and check out and accommodated our request right away upon our arrival for an extra set of sheets and duvet. Fairly priced, great location to easily reach many major sights of the city. The building itself is quite old which gives the stay a special charm (interior of course is renovated) but as such, noise travels rather easily. It did not have a negative impact on our stay and overall experience but if you are extra sensitive to noise this might be a factor to weigh in on. All in all 5-star and recommended.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, it has premises, markets and the main attractions very close. Unfortunately, however, there are some small things that in my opinion can be remedied (such as finding salt, pepper, oil and napkins already present), but all in all we had a good time, they have almost everything you need and working appliances. We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was flexible and easy, and the location was great - walkable to Sagrada Famalia and some other main streets. Lots of food choices in the area as well. The cleanliness of the apartment is acceptable - I'm pickier on this part but for the important areas of the apartment, such as the beds and linens, the dining table and chairs, toilets and shower, and the counter tops in the kitchen, are all clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the working heaters got us warm during our stay. We only needed to use the stove top and the microwave once to heat up our leftovers, so we didn't need much cookware. If you plan on making food a lot while staying here, it will be a problem as there isn't condiments or enough cooking utensils. Overall, this is great place if you're considering visiting Barcelona!

The downside is that we chose the apartment because the description explicitly states that there can be no noise after a certain time, however, of the 3 nights there were 2 parties in the building that screwed up the night with small children and that ruined our holiday plan. Great location! A short 5 min walk to Segrada Família, short ride to Park Güell (very steep if you decide to walk), 20 min walk to Gotic area and Barcelona Cathedral. The apartment itself was basic and clean and worked for our family of 5. The two bathrooms are nicely sized.

We traveled in a group of 6 so the rooms and the space was ideal. The hosts offered to store our luggage for free until we were ready to check in which was very helpful. However when the agreed time for check in came the apartment was still not ready we had to wait 20 minutes on the stairs and then go in and have the cleaning team in the house finishing up for another 10 minutes. The location is ok but very noisy during the night the sound travels a lot from outside and the top floor apartment. Second bathroom is quite worn out but does the job. If you are traveling in a large group and need seperate comfortable rooms and a nice big living room it's worth a stay.

Hi, We had a great stay with friends in Barcelona!! We loved our spacious 3 bedroom accommodation. 2 bathrooms, an extra room (living room-game room) a certain comfort, a preserved privacy!! and not very expensive in the center of the city. Quiet neighborhood. I recommend it 100%!!

We encountered an issue with the washer and it flooded the back area. They did address it by sending maintenance worker then a plumber the next day. They did replace the washer but it was too late. Overall, many issues with bathrooms ( not clean ), showers leaked , moldy tiles, and mildew smell. When it rained there was a leak down the wall. This place needs a good cleaning.

Unclean bathrooms: mouldy grouting, lack of soap, terrible lighting.. filthy stained sofa, food left under the sofa from previous guests. Everything really run down, dusty, marked, not working. AC did not work at all so we were sweltering. One remote but it didn’t work. Horrible experience. Only redeeming factor was host was good to communicate with and offered 35% refund. Do not book if you value basic cleanliness and a peaceful environment!

The apartment is large and comfortable. It has two bathrooms with a shower, which gives you more privacy when you go as a group. The communication and attention from the administration was excellent, they were very attentive allowing us to leave luggage in their offices until check-in time. The good: Very good location, with metro and supermarket nearby. Easy check-in and check-out. Good WiFi. Quick response from Ulises about some problems we had. The bad: Very automated and impersonal communication in English, except for Ulises. Lack of things in the apartment, which was rented for 6 people, however there were 4 or 5 pieces of many kitchen items. Luckily, when I complained, they brought us some things. The shower in the main bathroom flooded the entire floor. The 2nd bathroom was pretty bad, with a disgusting shower curtain. Lack of minimal things for a flat like salt, pepper and sugar. Not to mention coffee and tea. No hand soap, just shower soap. Very noisy neighbours, partying every night, even though in the apartment they make it clear that the hours of rest are from 10:00 pm, it seemed that this warning did not apply to the other apartments.

We were very happy with the apartment. It is very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Communication with the rental company also worked very well. Unfortunately, the house is a bit noisy and you can hear conversations in the hallway very loudly, but at least that didn't bother us too much. In addition, the kitchen was unfortunately not so well equipped. Especially more cutlery and basics like spices and oil were missing. On the whole, however, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend the apartment.

The handle for one of the bathroom doors broke on the first day of our trip and the management sent someone right away to fix it for us. The apartment is perfect in terms of location, the Sagrada Familia is only a few minutes' walk away. The self check-in did not work very well for us, because the door pin provided did not work and we only got a working pin after a few long phone calls. Unfortunately, it is relatively noisy there, as it is located directly in the city, but above all the entrance door always slams very loudly. Furthermore, only a few sockets worked, for example, the ones in the storage room did not, which is why we could not use the washing machine. However, since the location was very important to us and we were otherwise relatively undemanding, the apartment was totally sufficient for us.

In the main post, they don't warn you about the number of stairs (it only says First Floor and it's a second Floor, omitting a clarification like this is lying), a problem since we were with older people. Walls and sheets with stains, among other things. Very noisy neighbours and one night the automatic lock jammed and didn't open for 40 minutes. The apartment is good but there are better options for that price. It has a lot to improve

We had a great stay for 6 people. The AC was a huge plus during the heat wave! The apartment had everything we needed and we did not have to go out and buy any necessities. Towels and linen were clean, and the entire apartment was clean. The hosts were very responsive and kind. They made checking in and checking out a breeze! The location is great. There is a grocery store about a 4-5 minute walk away, a nice cafe at the corner, and the metro is about a 7-8 minute walk away. There is also a pharmacy very close by. Our only cons for this stay was that we had some very very noisy neighbors who were literally yelling all night. We didn’t report it because we didn’t know what room they were staying in. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay!

The location is great and the host was responsive, but future guests should be aware of a few things. The apartment is much older and more worn than it appears in the photos—walls are scuffed, the space feels tired, and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Dishes were old, and basic supplies like laundry pods and batteries for remotes were missing. Most importantly, noise is a serious issue. You can hear everything—conversations, footsteps, street noise—and there was active construction just outside during our stay. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-maintained space, this may not be the right choice.

The apartment is very spacious and therefore comfortable for five people and more. The apartment was clean, new towels and bedding were provided. It is also a great location to visit Barcelona. However, it should be remembered that the apartment is located in an old tenement house, it is comfortable for a few days' trip. On the first day, we reported a broken kettle, we were assured that it would be replaced on Monday. This did not happen and we did not receive any information. There was a lack of ordinary care for guests - no basic products such as spices were provided in the apartment. We left them in the hope that others would be able to use them.

Everything was really very good, the only flaw I have is that because the building is very old, all the doors are very loud when opening. The doors in the bathroom are difficult to close, but it is feasible. The floor creaks in many corners. The window opening was a mystery to us personally at the beginning, but once you figure it out, it's quite easy. We were there with children and these things were important to us to mention here precisely because there are certainly children who wake up again at every little noise. The apartment is very spacious and centrally located. Unfortunately, two out of three bedrooms did not have windows to the outside: bizarrely, the windows opened to the building staircase, which made them not very useful as windows. You couldn't properly ventilate the rooms and it was far too noisy due to other guests coming late at night and making noise on the staircase on the way to their apartment, even with those "windows" closed. I had to sleep with the bedroom door open to get fresh air. Otherwise the amenities were good and we had no problems with the apartment.

This was my first time visiting Barcelona and I cannot recommend this place enough! Great for big groups, super spacious. The location is exactly as pictured, overall just a lovely Airbnb. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was cozy, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic, and the host was very welcoming and helpful. We were 6 girls and this apartment was one of the few we found with 2 bathrooms and I have to say that they were fundamental. The apartment is very spacious and communication was super efficient. The only negative note, although it was not a problem for us, is that the walls are very thin so you can hear everything that happens in the hallway in the building. If you have problems sleeping at night, it may be uncomfortable. I would be happy to stay here again.

The location is fine, the access was quick and practical, but it is very dirty, in the living room there were hairs on the floor and dead flies, the bathrooms were dirty, spotted and there were remnants of other people's debris at which I had to wash the bathroom myself, the kitchen bucket was dirty and the pillows smelled of sweat. I had expectations with this accommodation but I was a little disappointed… Verifying that the space in is clean would help make the guests' stay more enjoyable as it is paid for a full service. Like many reviews: Run away! the apartment is overrated in the photos! - Unclean accommodation on arrival, stains and dirt on coffee tables and dining room, stains on the floor, pubic hair and hair in the bathrooms, sheep under the beds...and trash. -clogged sink and sinks (water is not draining) -forte smell of tobacco throughout the accommodation -"windows" of bedrooms that overlook the stairwell and therefore not very soundproof (single glazing) -Window of the large bedroom without curtains and shutters, simple glazing...so you can hear everything! -not enough cutlery and/or cups for 6. -Tv not working -no coat rack or towel racks -blowers not working in the bathroom In short, poorly maintained space I asked Airbnb to change accommodation after 10 mins but unfortunately very complicated to organize a transfer. the owner came to do a little cleaning without our agreement during our stay!

The apartment was overpriced for what it offered. When we arrived, we had to wait because the cleaning team was still inside. They mentioned that the previous guests had left the apartment in poor condition, but we can’t confirm this. The entry code didn’t work initially, but the hosts responded quickly and resolved the issue, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, when we entered, the apartment was still dirty. There were stains on the dining table, dust, and hair on the floor, indicating it hadn’t been vacuumed properly. The living room was also disappointing—it was far too small to accommodate six people. With only a small, uncomfortable couch that seats three, some of us had to sit on the floor. On the last day, there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling due to rain. While we understand this can happen, it added to the overall frustration. In summary, the apartment was too expensive for what it offered, and the experience didn’t meet our expectations.

Note: there are 2 short stair cases to reach the apartment and the apartments window in the bedrooms face the stairway which echos and can make it very loud at night. overall enough. it could improve in maintenance. Essential but functional furniture for a time-limited stay. The kitchen should be more stocked with small things that are always appreciated for a traveler (single-dose sugar packs, condiments, salt, etc.) The neighbors are also noisy because many windows overlook the stairwell where every noise buzzes. (it would be advisable to report the thing with signs along the staircase and at the entrance)

I booked this apartment to stay with my family, the pictures looked great and the location seemed good however we were all very disappointed. There was not enough seating in the lounge to sit together, the chairs we tried to move from dining table were mostly broken when you lifted them. There were only 4 mugs, tea spoon and not enough cutlery for the 6 of us to use. The iron spat dirt all over my partner shirt the morning of the wedding we were attending and did not work. The shelves in the main bedroom and living room were hanging off so you could not use them. The bath was rusty and the rest of the bathroom mouldy in places, the paint work was all chipped and just looked very dirty. The main bedroom had some shutters that did not cover the window so my parents struggled to sleep. Location was the only good thing of you want to be near the Sagrada familiar however was a taxi ride to the rambles. I wouldn’t book again or recommend and I felt so embarrassed by my choice of booked.

The apartment was in great shape. We went as a family group of 6, the bedrooms were good in size for each pair. Two of the rooms had fans, the other had air conditioning as well as the living room. It has two bathrooms, one big and one small, and both were comfortable enough to use. The host was super responsive. Proactively checking on the first day how everything was going. I was a bit on the expensive side, but the location is worth it, the place is worth it. 100% would recommend.

The selfie check-in was super easy. The apartment is large and comfortable, with good bathrooms (with a shower). There is air conditioning in 3 rooms, and the place is big enough for a group of 6 people. It's close to a small supermarket, there's a bakery on the corner, and it's very close (3 blocks) to the Sagrada Família (which has a metro station) and also to the Plaza de Toros Monumental (which also has a metro station). If I went back to Barcelona, I would stay in this apartment again. I recommend it.

I have never stayed in an Arpartment/Hotel that clean not a single dust partical to be seen. Sadly one twin mattress was broken and unusable to sleep on. One person ended up sleeping on the couch which was surprisingly comfortable. Something else to not is that it was pretty load at night, especially in the two smaller rooms, where one time you could hear water dripping the entire night.

Overall our stay was great! The location is perfect and it’s really spacious. The host always responded quick when there where questions and was interested in our opinion. The only thing we noticed was the kitchen that wasn’t fully equipped for 6 persons, for example the amount of glasses and cooking pans. But that was the only thing that was a bit of a problem for us. We would recommend it for sure!!

On the balcony rail they gave touches because there is the air conditioning , it needs a bit of maintenance since the property is already very old , doors and details , the location is perfect but for those who carry very uncomfortable suitcases as there is no elevator , the beds are like cots a little uncomfortable , the attention and kindness is very good!! The arrival was smooth, the place was definitely fine. However, there are a number of work points. The shower heads were old and were no longer secure. The pillows were too thin. In the master bedroom there was no possibility to completely obscure it. Air conditioning worked fine but leaked a bit. Outside of a thorough renovation of the bathrooms, I give this 4 stars

The apartment was a lot smaller than pictured. One of the bathrooms was so small not even two people could fit inside at the same time. Not to mention it was very poorly lit. The noise at night was terrible. You could hear every single footstep of the people walking up the stairs. It made it very hard to sleep at night. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly, there was hair and left over soap lying around. The kitchen had dirty pans in the oven. Not to mention check in was at 3pm and the cleaning team wasn’t finished until 4pm. The only good part was the location was near Sagrada Família, but getting a taxi anywhere was difficult as they rarely passed by. And forget about Ubers, it was impossible to get one.

This apartment was easy to find and check in to. It was close to Sagrada Familia and we walked to the beach and to the Gothic Quarter. It’s not a short walk but we enjoy walking. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a stay that was more focused on being in the city than spending a good amount of time in the apartment and kitchen. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults.

The apartment is very well located and corresponds to the description. There is quite a lot of noise in the room that faces the street as the windows are very simple. The apartment needs a refresh since it has several stains in the bathroom, the living room, a towel… Charging for a late check-in when no one is to greet you, lose half a day due to a " smart " lock problem with a company that should handle emergencies but it turns out to be unable, not having a message from the Host due to this situation makes me not recommend this apartment.

The layout of the airbnb was a bit strange, long hallways and only one room had access to natural light, the other two bedrooms are much smaller and the windows in the room actually open up to the interior staircase of the building, so these rooms feel more like dens. Good amenities and the hosts were responsive.

Several metro lines easily accessible (from Sagrada Familia station or closer to Monumental). The place has a Nespresso coffee machine (and a few pods are available). Enjoy Apartments is very responsive to replace an item if needed. There is a towel, sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablet, washing machine pod, spare garbage bag, solid and liquid soaps, hair dryer. The washing machine also has a dryer function. Very convenient! Attention, apartment in a very noisy building (day or night). All bedrooms overlook the inner courtyard and stairwell. Single glazing. Provide Quies balls for sleeping. We had a pleasant stay there.

Positive experience. • I stayed for 4 nights with friends (3 couples). After a small misunderstanding about check-in, in 10/15 minutes we resolved and were able to enter the apartment. • The photos of the listing are quite true: from a higher resolution you would understand that the apartment is older than it looks. • The location is strategic, you can walk to the Sagrada (10 min) and you can get everywhere at 30 min. At 20 minutes there is the train station (P. de Gracia)from which you can reach the airport in 30/35 min. • The value for money did not seem to be the best compared to the cost of living in the city that is not expensive (except for the tourist attractions that are). •The only downside is cleanliness: drawers and closets were dusty, in one bathroom we found some hair, in the other the cleanliness was approximate. We bought a disinfectant and cleaned. I would recommend providing hangers.

Loved our time in Barcelona. The appartment is so close to many metro and bus stations. Plus in walking distance to many land attractions. We got to see them in the day, in the night and while going to eat. Many restaurants and grocery stores that are not tourists traps. The noise might bother sensitive people, but the traffic was minimal and only the garbage truck is annoying in the morning. Easy to find, easy access... If we will plan another trip we will choose this appartment again.

Very good/inexpensive place for larger groups to stay. Was overall clean and as described however there is not much dish soap provided and the laundry machine is very poor. It made all of our clothes smell very gross and stained a few items. I wouldn't recommend using it if you stay here. I very much enjoyed the apartment. It's a great location and 2 bathrooms is a plus. I would definitely recommend staying here. My only real complaints are the laundry machine and the cleaning service. The cleaning service was 30 minutes late so we had to wait to check in to our room at first and then they were waiting at our door during check out and very rude to us.

The photos are really old and don’t match the reality. The apartment was dirty, one bathroom is not usable because the shower door is broken even though in the pictures the door is there. The second bathroom was full of hair, somebody before us shaved there and it wasn’t cleaned at all. In the instructions it says that you have to be quiet after 10pm but there was so much noise we couldn’t sleep at all. 2 bedrooms have the windows directly on the staircase and all the neighbours are chatting every day and every night on the staircase, shouting, laughing all night. Broken lock at the entrance in the apartment, we had problems with that for 2 days. The apartment smells like mould and it’s very dirty. The main bathroom has problems with the hot water, every day minimum 2 people had to take a completely cold shower. I don’t recommend this apartment. It’s a total scam and i know that you will not post my review

The accommodation is well placed which makes it simple to travel, only the apartment has certain inconveniences such as certain dirt found in the apartment (aperitif cakes under the sofa), broken showerheads and a dirty washing machine. Overall a pretty good stay. Location is excellent, Sagrada Familia around the corner, metro line too and lots of cool restaurants around. The flat itself was spacious and quite clean. Missing things like trash bags, cutting board, a useful knife, no sorting bins for recycling, but the company did bring trash bags during the stay and was quite reactive. Noise was a big issue as two of the rooms faced the corridor and the building is very echoey. Would say ear plugs for sleeping are a requirement. Overall good price/quality.

My friends and I had a great stay at this apartment. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us, the kitchen had all you needed for cooking, the A/C was great, and having 2 bathrooms was a nice luxury. The location was great and there was easy access to public transport to get to places that were too far to walk sometimes (beach, marina, etc.). The hosts were very quick to communicate/reply if we ever had a question, so the service was great. Another great convenience was the use of a passcode instead of keys for the building and flat entrance, which made life a lot easier by not having to rely on one person to look after a key - helped massively with nights out, one less thing to stress about. Overall, we had a fantastic stay here and we would recommend this place to anyone that wanted to visit Barcelona! We’d definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. There we’re only some things we think the owners can improve. The kitchen is not that well equipped and and the stove was not easy to use. The oven didn’t work at all for us. On top of that the AC in the living room started dripping if you had it on for a while which resulted in a completely wet floor. Also some essentials like oil, pepper could not be found in the kitchen and also shampoo and shower gel could be added in the future if you ask us. But all in all, the apartment was clean and had a very good location in the city. For a couple of days Barcelona this AirBnB is recommended.

Unfortunately, most of the negative comments turned out to be true (noisy late at night, permanent light in the entrance hall at night, no shutters in one of the rooms, a window in one of the rooms overlooks the entrance hall, you can hear everything, sound insulation problem, etc.). The equipment inside is minimalist, not even a dishwasher tablet, empty furniture in the hallway. Very difficult to find a parking place, when you leave your vehicle outside, you are not sure to find it in good condition. By the way, we had the misfortune of seeing the windshield of our vehicle smashed the night before our departure. Everyone will have their own idea, but for my part, I have known better and I will not go back.

The value for the money, in even simply the price of these apartments in Barcelona is very good. The proximity to the Sagrada Familia and with many good places in the neighborhood is great. The person who looked after us, Sol, was excellent. I immediately appeared as soon as we reported a problem, and gave us good data. We would definitely come back!

Great location close to supermarkets and about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. The apartment is actually a lot bigger than the images! Lots and lots of room. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have aircon, the 3rd has a shared door that can be opened to share the aircon. The host was great and super responsive. Only thing I would say is there isn’t any condiments for the kitchen (salt,pepper,oil,sauces ect…) so you will need to buy your own should you wish to cook. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay!

The flat doesn't have curtains or shutters in the main bedroom. So you sleep with daylight and street light... It's very noisy. The room that faces the street is the main one, so there's light and all the noise from the cars, the rubbish truck, people talking, etc. The other two rooms face the access staircase and have a window overlooking it, so you can hear every time someone goes in and out, or goes up and down. There were young people in two of the flats, and it seems that there are no rules or no one to check that they are followed. They partied every day until the early hours of the morning. The mats that were there were full of rubbish and hair (unpleasant), and I decided to move a piece of furniture to look for a lost necklace and there were clothes tags, balls of fluff, dust and much more... We had to wash the bathtub because it was dirty, and the area under the mats hadn't been cleaned for weeks... The host and team were very friendly and responded to any situation. Very good location in the Sagrada Família area.

We spent a few perfect days in this apartment! Plenty of space for 6 people and tastefully decorated. However, there are a few drawbacks: the air conditioning was dripping a little, the beds weren't the most comfortable, and you could hear a lot of noise from outside. Even so, these details barely affected our stay and we really enjoyed the place. We'd definitely come back again!

It was a nice, comfortable flat for a group of 6 friends. We had a lot of space, and everything was pretty clean and tidy. One bathroom only had cold water for the first two days, but that was fixed immediately, and the bathrooms are not that new anymore, but on the whole, I'm completely satisfied. The location is great. You can get everywhere easily and have everything important around you. Would book again.

Place was a little outdated. Need more instructions on how to turn on the power switches (i.e AC) inside the house. A little noisy at night which is given being close to a busy area. The interior lights are really dim which makes getting ready a little harder. The only good thing is we’re close to the metro, stores and the Sagrada Familia.

Unfortunately, there are several areas where you should improve. The TV wasn't working, and we reported it but they didn't fix it. The kitchen utensils are missing or in poor condition. We couldn't use the oven as the tray is smaller than the oven, so we couldn't put it in at half height. The air conditioning in the room facing outside makes noise, so it can't be left on at night. It needs a general overhaul, as it's older than it looks in the pictures. There's no lift and it's on the second floor, although it's advertised as the first floor. The positive thing is the location.

A very spacious apartment in a nice location. Check-in was very easy and the host was welcoming. But two bedrooms out of three are a bit darker then they appear in the photos and you can hear people from other apartments in there, so better bring earplugs just in case.

The location was good, and it is a spacious apartment. The kitchen and bathrooms were very basic, with few utensils, outdated and with dark mould edges in places. There is a nice air conditioner in one bedroom. The other 2 have no air conditioning and are therefore very hot. The most disappointing thing was the beds. I slept very poorly because they were all incredibly hard. I have really rarely slept on such a bad bed, so I will not book this apartment again. The contact with the host was good, and the PIN code for opening the doors was very convenient.

Everything was perfect. We loved our stay in Barcelona and the apartment was in a perfect position. #Pros. The location is quite good, just 5-10minutes walk away from the Sagrada Familia and metro station which you probably take when going to Palau Güell. Also it took only 20 minutes to the Casa Mila as well. The staffs were very responsive so you may have feedback in a short time if you write them a request. #Cons To be honest, we were a bit disappointed when we just walked into the apartment because it wasn’t just like what we expected. It was not as bright as the photos (rather dark) and doors were squeaky. The wall wasn‘t soundproof at all so you could hear all the sound around there. Moreover there was unpleasant smell in the balcony area so we couldn‘t use washing machine in the balcony. Lastly, hot water seemed just enough for 4 people( 2 people per each shower room), not enough for a big family like us(a family of 6). I felt quite chilly when I took shower at the last.

Our stay was okay, but not outstanding. The apartment was very clean and looked the same as the photos. The location was great and everything needed was nearby. Two of the three bedrooms had only one window to the hallway and appeared very dark and small. Also there were loud constructions at daytime, which made it hard to relax at home… The kitchen equipment was very basic and the toaster didn’t work. Also one shower had only cold water and enjoy apartments seemed very carrying and offered to send some maintaining, but unfortunately nothing happened. Also there are glass container infront of the house which are used at night and really loud and the wifi was not working when to many people used it. A small heater existed but the windows seemed to leave wind inside and it got a bit cold in the evening. All in all it was a good stay and pretty apartment, which could use a little more equipment, better insulation and seemed to pricy for all the noise that was going on.

The apartment is (almost) great. For two couples, each with their own teenage daughter, we had enough space for all. Location: walking distance to Sagrada Familia, awesome coffee place around the corner, grocery shopping near by. Apartment configuration: a long corridor separates the 3 bedrooms from the living and dining rooms, which creates intimacy, if some want to play while others want to sleep. Bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall was worth it. However, there were some inconveniences: 1. No heating! If you visit during winter time, like we did, this might be a problem. It was very cold in the apartment. The balcony doors in one of the bedrooms are very old and so the wind blows strongly underneath as they don't isolate properly. After two nights of waking up with a terrible headache, I had to buy myself a hat and hoody to get some sleep. 2. Two of the bedrooms have no outside windows (natural light) as the windows open inside the staircase.

Terrible apartment!!! NO!NO!NO! The photos are misleading. No heating, they provided some electrical appliances trying to improvise a heating. Dirty, old, full of mold. The bedrooms have no real windows, except the main one but it is very very noisy. All the paint on the ceilings is cracked. Very dirty and cold, we moved after the 1st night. The host has charged 30Euros extra although was self check in. When contacted I was told that is the system and will refund the money. I am still chasing them as they have not refunded the money. Horrible place and complete scam.

We had a very nice stay! The code to enter the house was not correct but when I called, the person on the phone was very reactive and gave me the new code. Everything was clean, the appartement is very spacious and the matresses of the beds surprisingly comfortable. We slept very well! The washing machine was a bit noisy but it was fine. The location is very practical, everything was about 30 min walking distance except the Sagrada familia that was less than 10 minutes away. Several small supermarkets around to buy necessities. Whenever we had a question the team answered quickly, they even allowed us to keep our luggage in their office after checkout since we had to wait several hours before our flight. If I should leave an observation, I think a bottle of water would have been nice especially that it is not recommended to drink Barcelona’s tap water. That’s all, I do recommend staying in this spacious comfortable appartement especially if you are a family, our kids loved it!

When we first entered the house, we realized that there was no heating, but since there was air conditioning in every room, we had no problems with heating. All the details we needed at home were considered. Everything from kitchen utensils to bathroom utensils was available. The house is very well located. It was 5 minutes walking distance to the metro. We didn't have a noise problem at home.

The apartment is located in a prime area, but it lacks maintenance in general. As for the linen, it was clean, but there were areas that had not been cleaned well. Walls and doors also need maintenance. The building is an architectural jewel of its time, but it does not look as beautiful as others on the same street, due to the deterioration of its facade.

this apartment is not maintained at all: - there is mold in the water features, the tap of the bathtub is leaking. - the apartment is poorly insulated especially in the bedroom on the street side, the window has no curtain or double glazing. - missing cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil...) - the internet connection works very, very badly. - there were 4 of us for a week-long stay, we had a dishwasher tablet and a pod for laundry detergent. The apartment requires a complete renovation from floor to ceiling in order to be able to offer it for rent. We do not recommend this apartment and will never come back to it. The concierge who manages the apartment is responsive.

Apartment very spacious and well laid out. The kitchen facilities were minimal and there was only crockery for 4 people, we were 5. For example, the glasses. Some mattresses are in need of replacement, you can feel the springs. Furthermore, we really enjoyed our accommodation.

We arrived on the 17th and were there a bit early, this wasn't an issue as the host was able to be there early as well. We got a small tour of the apartment and got handed the keys. We enjoyed our stay and had more than enough room for 3 people. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Sadly, the washing machine did not work, but this was a minor inconvenience. The location was also very nice, the apartment is located 2 streets away from la Sagrada Familia, and is easily accessible. All-in-all we had a great time, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to other travelers.

I'm giving five stars as the value for the money is great if you're 6 people. We were only four and still thought the price was alright. Pros: – In older building with some pretty architectural features – Well-equipped big apartment, with two separate living rooms and bathrooms. Great for large groups – Clean – Professional company, very friendly and easy to communicate with. Seem very service minded and replied quickly – Central location. 10-30 minute walk to major sights, with lots of restaurants and shops more nearby. Lovely breakfast cafè right outside. – Near affordable parking garages (300 m from ours) Cons: – Noisy. Not for people with sleep problems. This is and old building with little noise isolation, and we could hear a baby crys, door slamming and music very loudly at times. I don't really blame the landlord, it's more of a risk you run when renting within an older building with lots of tennants. – A little worn. The bathroom floor panels were bulging upwards, otherwise just minor details like a broken towel hook, some tear and wear on furnitures All in all: satisfactory. Especially good value for the money if you're 5 or 6 people

On the other hand, the apartment is very noisy because 2 bedrooms overlook the stairwell and people are noisy when they enter or exit. It's really painful in the middle of the night. Too bad because the apartment is rather nice and pleasant.

We’ve given our a review a 5 but would’ve been 4.5 if that was possible.  It’s a great property and we were happy with the initial cost, location etc.  The property is old and quirky which we like in a big city, let down by really small things which would make it a ‘slam dunk’ 5.   Location is great, really close (7 mins walk) to the Sagrada Familia, plenty of bakery’s close for coffee, bread, breakfast etc, 700m to a metro station, and only 150m from a decent Mercadona supermarket. The Place de Catuloniya is about 20-25 mins walk, the closest beach if that interests you a 30 minute walk. The longer walks can all be done quicker by metro of course.    Check in was really easy, and remote with electronic key codes which are sent via the guest site which a link is sent via email.  The only complaint would be we had to pay another 50 euros for the privilege of letting ourselves in because it was out of normal office hours/check in times. Felt a bit unnecessary to us, however the hosts were quite obliging to get us a few food items like bread milk water so we had something for our arrival.   The place itself was fine, the main bedroom being large with old style windows opening up onto the street front.  This did make it loud in the mornings with traffic etc but that’s to be expected in a big city.  The second and third bedrooms are not massive, and have no natural light, but there are windows which open into a central staircase shared with 3 other rentals properties.  Beds were comfortable enough (but only 1 pillow each) with a double wardrobe in each room, not enough coat hangers though.  The main bathroom was ok, but we all used the newer shower/toilet room at the back of the property which was more modern.  The kitchen is probably a little tired and in need of a refurb but it had most of the stuff you need, including a nespresso coffee pod machine. There were 6 of us but there were not 6 of everything e.g. wine glasses, side plates.  Also, it was let down slightly as it hadn’t been cleaned to an acceptable standard.  This may be as much about what we expect but the oven tray was covered in grease, and microwave door had food splashes, so clearly hadn’t been checked by housekeeping after previous guests. The host did however come and change the oven tray and bring glasses midway through our stay.   All that being said, these are all pretty small things, and easily sorted so have not ‘scored down’, as they did not affect the fact we enjoyed our stay in Barca. We pride ourselves on being model guests so we do let hosts know if something isn’t quite right, hoping that they will put right for subsequent guests and thank us (rather than thinking we are a pain!!)   So overall, we would recommend this place, particularly if the host puts some really easy changes and checks in place.

My wife and I were able to have privacy and comfort for our daughters. The host was extremely helpful, accessible, and quick to respond when we had doubts. Moreover, the host contacted us very politely and asked sincerely if we needed anything. We felt like we had a friend in Barcelona, which was lovely and appreciated. Whenever we return to Barcelona, if the apartment is available, we will definitely take it. Finally, I highly recommend the apartment, and I only gave it 5 stars because I couldn't give it a higher rating.

We had a wonderful time staying at the apartment. With its strategic location near the Sagrada Familia, getting around was super easy. The neighbourhood has all the amenities for making the stay at the apartment super comfortable, with shops and cafes just around the corner. The host is super friendly and very responsive. Good location. Some items in the apartment need repair. I was attended to by Enjoy but the bathroom handle was still broken. Building entrance needs repairs and improved lighting.
