Nice modest apartment suitable for small groups of friends, families or colleagues. Only a few blocks from "Sagrada Familia", if you are looking for a budget location in an authentic Barcelonese apartment, this is your place.

There are beds for all. The apartment is quite spacious - especially for Barcelona norms - and has about 100 mtrs. You will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The dining/living is located on the back side of the building. Bedrooms in the middle and front of the apartment.
The space
# Important note: all legal and licensed apartments in Barcelona are obliged to pay a tourist tax, which is excluded of the prices. Read more below in "other things to note".

You will enter the apartment -unusually perhaps- from the kitchen area. This is located towards the center of the apartment. It is a simple kitchen that is just equipped with the necessary electrical appliances so you have everything you need for cooking a small meal. A flashy Nespresso machine will spice up your morning coffee ;)

Continuing now to the hall left we will find the bathrooms and the living room next to which there is a gallery on the backside of the building. On the right hand side you will find the 3 bedrooms, which lead all the way to the streetside.

Taking a walk through the apartment, therefore if we were to start from the back of the building, we would find a gallery where there is a washing machine and a little bookshelf. Next to it you can find the spacious living room, with a large dining table and couch. This room is attached to the two full bathrooms. One has a shower and the other one has a bathtub.

Once that you continue, and you pass the kitchen block in the middle, we will find the bedrooms. From the 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has AC in the dressing-room part of the master bedroom, then in the middle bedroom also there is AC and not in the third bedroom. There also is another AC in the living room.
Other things to note
Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:

All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.

- No lift so you need to work the legs a little. It is easy to climb the stairs. It is at the ¨1st¨ floor/ real second floor.

- Old building. Not a great entrance / staircase maintenance, but in fair condition. Can be noisy.

- Suitable for families. Suitable for business travellers. Should you not be a family or business traveller always contact us first with a description of you and the fellow group as also ages and reason of stay.

- Please understand that some areas are used intensively and will be more worn than other, but we always do the best we can to keep everything clean and maintained.

- Should you notice anything malfunctioning, not clean, etc please report immediately so action can be taken. We try to be very attentive but in the end are human and things can escape the eye.

Kindly confirm you have read this because we want you to get what you book and expect.

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.

- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

Very nice location. Walkable to so many things. The apartment was as described. The only thing that I would suggest is that they should let potential guests know that there is construction across the street. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice to know.

We traveled in a group of 6 so the rooms and the space was ideal. The hosts offered to store our luggage for free until we were ready to check in which was very helpful. However when the agreed time for check in came the apartment was still not ready we had to wait 20 minutes on the stairs and then go in and have the cleaning team in the house finishing up for another 10 minutes. The location is ok but very noisy during the night the sound travels a lot from outside and the top floor apartment. Second bathroom is quite worn out but does the job. If you are traveling in a large group and need seperate comfortable rooms and a nice big living room it's worth a stay.

Hi, We had a great stay with friends in Barcelona!! We loved our spacious 3 bedroom accommodation. 2 bathrooms, an extra room (living room-game room) a certain comfort, a preserved privacy!! and not very expensive in the center of the city. Quiet neighborhood. I recommend it 100%!!

The property has a great location and is good value for money.However, the apartment has poor sound insulation, and some residents who moved in at the same time had parties late at night, making it noisy even at 4 a.m.Although this has nothing to do with the homeowner, it does really affect their rest.

Had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed ourselves. The pictures do make the apartment look slightly better but overall was clean and had everything we needed.
