A few hundred meters from the Avinguda Diagonal, it is a luxury apartment in the Gràcia neighborhood of Barcelona.
The space
# Important note: all legal and licensed apartments in Barcelona are obliged to pay a tourist tax, which is excluded of the prices.

When you enter the apartment, you will be amazed by the immediate open floor plan and natural light. Immediately to your right, you will find a fully renovated kitchen with high end features. Just past that are the two bedrooms on the left that flow into the living room.

The living room’s main feature are the massive windows that let in plenty of natural light and give you views of the neighborhood below. A big TV and a big sofa in the corner also make this space a great place to relax after a day in Barcelona. There is also a big dining table on the other side of the living room. A modern touch, the big wooden sliding doors, separates or opens the space up for you to find the master bedroom with a double bed. The bigger bathroom is privately connected to this room. The ceilings are designed with exposed bricks, this is classic in Barcelona.

All together this apartment is the definition of a luxurious stay in Barcelona!

To reserve this apartment you should be above 30 years old. Suitable for families and business travelers as well.
Other things to note
Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:

All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.

- Building has a small lift: the elevator has space for just one suitcase per ride (up and down). So when you are travelling with multiple suitcases keep in mind you have to go with the elevator in a few go's.

- This apartment is ideal for families. No groups of young travellers. 2-3 adults is most comfortable. Should you be 4 adults, you must REQUEST before booking and explain about your reason of stay and introduce the fellow travellers.

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 6,05€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
For all reservations arriving from 1st October onwards, Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night

- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots. Also keep in mind that it is not allowed to bring baby strollers upstairs. It can be stored downstairs and you will be given a key.

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. Modern, spacious open plan apartment in a great location which isn’t touristy at all! It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, including a cot and high chair for our 1 year old. The host was super friendly and responsive and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a week in Barcelona. Only thing to mention is that the apartment is up quite high and the lift is very small so we could only just fit our small buggy and one person in the lift! As long as you don’t mind stairs or a few trips up in the lift it’s no issue. Thanks so much - we’d love to stay again :)

We stayed in the house for 7 days with our 2 year old. I needed an early check-in, so I contacted them in advance to confirm, and I contacted them 45 minutes before arrival to get help. Many tourists explore a lot near Plaza de Catalunya when they stay in Barcelona, but we want to recommend a good value place on this street to many people. 1. Station area There is a Fontana station nearby, so it was convenient to go to the stations on the L3 line. We had a child, so we always needed a stroller, but most of the stations had a good elevator, so there was no discomfort at all. And 20 minutes walk to Casa Mila, Casa Batlló, and shopping main street (Pacing de Grasia), so we walked there when the weather was nice. 2. Eateries There are Japanese restaurants that I visited twice during my trip, a 4.9 Google-rated restaurant, a bakery, a liquor store, and a cafe, so I was able to enjoy the food without having to go far throughout my stay. 3. Mart There is a grocery store right below the house, and if you walk a little further, there are two points of Condis Market, so you can easily buy ingredients, and most importantly, there is an ‘Asian grocery store’ (modu supermarket) within a 6-minute walk, which was really helpful for us with kids! * * I bought sunbathe, eggs, kimchi, and simple seasonings at the Asian grocery store, bought neck and pork belly right below the house, and ate it myself. (Of course, I also cleaned up the back treatment with manners.) 4. Cleanliness Two toilets and two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a sliding door that can be separated from the master bedroom and living room, a sub island dining table, and a circular dining table were as seen in the photos, and it was very clean, and the appliances all had good performance. * * Note * * - It was a little cold because it was winter, but after a few hours of turning on the heating, it got better. -When the three families used warm water in the shower at once, lukewarm water came out later, but there was no problem using it with a time term. I am willing to revisit 100%.
