The space
Discover the allure of this dynamic district, where historic architecture meets contemporary culture, crafting an enchanting atmosphere. You can find bus and metro stops really close: “Sant Pau” / “Dos de Maig”, right at your doorstep– you can even spot the metro from your balcony!
This spacious 82 m² apartment is situated on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator for easy access. Ideal for families up to 6 members, this cozy space features 3 bedrooms with a mix of 2 single beds and 2 comfortable double beds. This lodge offers a shared bathroom with an open-space concept which is integrated to the living room (check the pictures).
The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, mini-bar and a ceramic hob, catering to all your culinary needs. We've thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, providing an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning in the living room, central heating, wifi, and washing machine.
Please take note that this is an ecolodge, thus the AC is functioning on an Eco-Friendly mode not allowing it to go under a certain amount of degrees.
Other things to note
Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.
- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.
- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

Everything is great, the location is nice, beautiful view from the balcony. The only thing we got every day about 11pm that we were too loud. When I responded and asked what the noise was, no one responded to me. We were just talking. There was a roach or other insect in my bed. In addition, the ability to do laundry is a plus, and a dishwasher, not enough tableware.

The place was exactly as we had imagined—an excellent location with great surroundings. However, we’d suggest adding locks to the bathrooms, as the lack of them caused some inconvenience. Additionally, we received noise complaints on most nights, despite making minimal noise, which was a bit frustrating. That said, we had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend it.

Good location, metro is right across the road.It is only ten minutes from the Sagrada Familia, there is also a lot of food around, and there are many supermarkets.The room is also large, and it is not crowded for six people, but the cushion is a little dirty, the shower curtain in the bathroom does not stop the water from flowing to the outside.

Good location, next to Sagrada Familia however not walking distance to La Rambla. Spacious living room, nice balcony. Also, really well made pdf provided by host with instructions. For the negatives I would say that there was a bad smell in the shower with not very good ventilation and that the bathroom sink was small and the tap really cheap.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
