The space
Discover the allure of this dynamic district, where historic architecture meets contemporary culture, crafting an enchanting atmosphere. You can find bus and metro stops really close: “Sant Pau” / “Dos de Maig”, right at your doorstep– you can even spot the metro from your balcony!
This spacious 82 m² apartment is situated on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator for easy access. Ideal for families up to 6 members, this cozy space features 3 bedrooms with a mix of 2 single beds and 2 comfortable double beds. This lodge offers a shared bathroom with an open-space concept which is integrated to the living room (check the pictures).
The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, mini-bar and a ceramic hob, catering to all your culinary needs. We've thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, providing an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning in the living room, central heating, wifi, and washing machine.
Please take note that this is an ecolodge, thus the AC is functioning on an Eco-Friendly mode not allowing it to go under a certain amount of degrees.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.
- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.
- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

Positioned at a low average price, we could expect a shabby apartment, not a poorly cleaned apartment. However, the kitchen, dishes and cutlery were dirty. The dishwasher is broken. The sofas were stained (dirty) as well as the bed linen. The first night, we had a visit from a security guard for supposedly excessive noise... then a second time the next day... we didn't understand. In the morning we were awakened by the neighbours at 7:00 (TV and Radio on full blast). It was cold, and the apartment is poorly insulated, we were cold the whole stay. My daughter had to sleep with a jumper over her pyjamas. We contacted the company in charge of the rental, they replied but sent the intervention photos of another apartment, the caretaker came to see us twice instead of going to another rental. The heating was turned on the last night, we went from 17 to 26° without understanding how to regulate it, impossible to sleep.

We had a pleasant week in this well-located apartment, close to the metro and offering a very nice view of the Sagrada from the balcony. The apartment is original and well laid out, with 2 very practical toilets. Some points could however be improved: the cleanliness was not impeccable (cushions, bedside tables and a stained shower curtain), and some equipment should be repaired or replaced — including the dishwasher, the coffee machine filter, and the lack of cutlery for 6 people. There was also no hot water in the kitchen sink or gas lighter for the gas stove. Regarding the insulation, we received two calls from the agency because of noise-sensitive neighbours, while we were just having a normal discussion with 5 people. Conversely, we were sometimes awakened in the morning by their television. Despite these small inconveniences, we had a very good holiday and have good memories of it.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
