The space

The worst experience ever. Been waiting 2 hours outside after the flight for the keys in a tiny street. Very dirty, dust everywhere, mold,spots. Smells very bad and dangerous, not recommended even for the one night. Not worth any cent for that place, very aware, not the same as in pictures.

We stayed for 1.5 months. On arrival, the apartment was damp, with a strong mold smell and visible mold on walls. No ventilation in the bathroom, and some of our clothes got moldy. The place needed deep cleaning and a dehumidifier. A/C and Wi-Fi didn’t work at first, a pillow was missing, one bed linen was damaged, and lights sometimes turned off randomly. After a week of messaging, most issues were resolved, but mold remained, and the A/C stopped working again for the last 3 weeks — no one fixed it. Noise was constant from early morning until 2 AM due to street cleaning, garbage collection, and a scooter parked under the window. When we opened the window, cigarette smoke from a nearby bench came in. Since the apartment is partly below street level, tourists sometimes urinated near our window. The apartment should meet basic sanitary standards, and listed amenities should be functional upon arrival.

Property Manager Terms

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
