We stayed in the apartment for 10 minutes, contacted Airbnb directly and sent photos of the renovation work to proceed with the cancellation. There was a strong smell of paint and kerosene at a level that the apartment could not be inhabited. there were no shutters, there was scaffolding and tools and therefore no privacy and security, nor the ability to ventilate the space. They knew about the work weeks in advance and informed us on the day of arrival. I consider this behaviour unacceptable and unprofessional.

The apartment is ideally located for walking and the neighborhood is extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, the work in the building created some inconvenience because it was not possible to open the windows and there was a lack of light and air. For the same reason, the air conditioning system was not working and was replaced by a small mobile device that was not very effective and very noisy. The host did not communicate the presence of the works at the time of booking or even before the trip (the works began on 7/5 well before my stay and there was a notice about it in the building) and therefore I paid for an apartment in good standing and I found myself in an apartment without electricity or air. The host did not respond to my complaint for 48 hours.

I think that, in general, I was very pleased with this apartment. The apartment was well-represented in the listing, and I got what I expected for the most part. It is spacious with a comfortable bed, many kitchen appliances, and nice bathroom. The neighborhood is also beautiful and very walkable, with a lot of nearby restaurants and coffee shops. I did, however, have a couple of issues. I couldn't get into the apartment initially when I checked in due to a power outage, and I was left without electricity for multiple hours before it came back on (this was the only time this happened during my 5-day stay there). I also think that the communication with the host could be a bit better in general. Lastly, the hot water in the shower runs out relatively quickly (within about 10 minutes), so if you have multiple guests it may be hard to take consecutive showers. However, aside from these little hiccups, I enjoyed my stay here.

Apartment easily accessible and clean. Supermarket as well as cafes, restaurants within walking distance. Photos very descriptive. Equipment of the apartment very good, washing machine, hair dryer and full kitchen equipment available.

The apartment was bigger than i expected and really close to everything i needed, it was really beautiful and comfortable, the only odd thing is that it says first floor but it felt like the third, it does have an good elevator but we usually took the stairs because it was comfortable for us. I would definitely stay here again

the stay was excellent. bed and bed linen very good. shower good. well equipped kitchen. side of the subway. 3 improvement points: 1) the building door and the apartment door only opened online, which we found incovenient. apart from the appearance of the wooden door of the apt, without lock and without finishing, which made us unsafe, it seemed “broken” 2) the reservoir of hot water was small, and so we had to take a quick bath (2 people) or wait >1h between the baths. 3) the kitchen cabinet has a very strong smell of mould, so even the utensils being clean, we needed to wash to use. // points of attention: the floor is very cold, socks or slippers are essential. The elevator is very small, but for us it worked well. // we would again be sure :)
