The apartment has lift. You find a metro station almost at your doorstep. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. A supermarket at the corner and the butcher, the bakery and fresh vegetables store right in front.

This apartment is especially suitable for small families of 4 or couples for leisure and also for business trips, being located close to fairground area. Excellent value for money.

It is located close to the city center, that is easily reachable by the metro. In 5-10 minutes you will be in Plaza de Catalonia. The apartment is a modernly restored rental in a residential area, quiet for its location, this Barcelona apartment is placed on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator. This apartment in Barcelona is modernly decorated maintaining classical ornamental details in the ceilings, combined with comfort of nowadays.

This Barcelona apartment with balcony is 65 m2, divided in three bedrooms, a bathroom, a small toilet, the kitchen, living- dining room, with direct exit to the balcony in the front side.

The location is fantastic, quiet and ideal for relaxing after sightseeing in Barcelona and not so crowded and noisy as La Rambla area. The apartment includes everything you need plus free wi-fi. Finally, the key-holders Pilar and Ralph, were friendly and really helpful with us anytime we needed any information and instructions about the city. Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:

All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.

-Note that the apartment is located in a quiet residential building and I can only host you if you are a family, couple or a business traveler. It is not suitable for groups of friends. If you have any doubt, contact me before booking please.

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.


- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped. I would like to highlight the location, you feel very safe and at the same time the good connection to public transport. Check-in was completely straightforward, and communication with the host was quick, friendly and helpful. It was noticeable that a lot of emphasis was placed on the well-being of the guests. I highly recommend this place and would come back anytime. Thank you for the hospitality!
