Absolutely appalling behaviour. I have never in my life heard of an Airbnb host that can cancel a booking 30 minutes before the check in time. We had an infant with us and waited outside for over an hour trying to contact the host just to get some information. Stone-cold reply in the chat. They would read the messages and simply ignore it. Every document requested was provided and they still managed to mess things up. We called their call centre 4 times and we got the same response every single time. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. Simply egregious the way they behaved and handled the whole situation. 0/10 and if you’re looking to book somewhere, stay far away from this place!!
