We can really recommend this place. We stayed here in January and loved to get the sun into the apartment the full day. It offers everything you need and was also friendly for kids. The communications was flawless and they reacted very quickly and also showed some much appreciated flexibility on our check-in. The neighbourhood is very central and you are close to many attractions. There are a bit sketchy people around, but this is the case in the whole city centre and not really affecting you.

I stayed in this apartment for two months and it was a great experience! The house is exactly as described: clean, well organized and equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The access is very convenient: you can enter the house directly by elevator (there are also stairs, but I have never used them), and the entrance is regulated by a badge that allows access only to your home, ensuring safety. The location is perfect: a short walk from the Rambla, a two-minute walk from the Drassanes metro and with everything you need nearby. Also, above the apartment there is a really nice common terrace, with many shared books. The host was an exceptional guest: always available, kind and attentive to every need. During my stay I always felt like I had support, which was particularly helpful since I was there to study. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable place!
