This might be something where you were looking for for a while! We've recently renovated this cozy apartment and gave it a modern look. Everything is brand new but we tried to keep some of the original features in it. And that worked out so good!
The space
There is a living with balcony and views on the parade between the Arc the Triomf and Parc de la Ciutadella, a bedroom with the same views. A modern bathroom with a huge shower head and an equipped modern kitchen.
You'll have an extra small room which you can use as a study room, storage, or a big closet.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: late check-in carries the following EXTRA charges:
- EUR 30 after 21:00
- EUR 50 after 00:00

Please take into account that we do NOT provide any bedsheets, linen or towels!

The utility bills in this apartment are included until 130€ per month.

Monthly rental. Apartment strictly and only available for stays over 32 nights.
Seasonal flat - Only for leisure, holiday or recreational purposes.

The apartment is good and its location is great. It contains all the requirements you need, but the host or the person responsible for hosting it was not clear that you should pay attention. Many of the people you deal with. At the beginning of our arrival, things were very difficult. There were problems in the wash basin and the bathtub. The problem was solved after almost a week. The owner of the apartment was very nice. He came to the apartment and apologized to us and tried to help us, but the hosting officer or the office that carried out the rental was not clear and helpful in the required form. During the departure of the apartment after almost 6 months, he tried very hard to show some of the problems that we left. When we left, we stopped with them in the apartment and reminded us if they needed anything. So they did not ask us anything and left.

Check in with some miscommunication but the location was great and subsequent communication via their app was prompt.

Really enjoyed my stay! Great location, clean unit, and extremely responsive hosts. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to do a longer stay in Barcelona!

We stayed one month and a half in the appartment, loved every second of it. Such a great location, beautiful appartment, and great communication with the host!
