The space
Great apartment with one double bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen with direct access to the terrace and one super big terrace in the centre of Barcelona.There is central AC/heating and fridge, washing machine and dishwasher included.
Other things to note
Monthly rental only.We provide one set of bedsheets and towels per stay.
The utility bills up to €150 are included. In case you spend more, we will inform you and you will need to pay the difference.
PLEASE NOTE: late check-in carries the following EXTRA charges:
- EUR 30 after 21:00
- EUR 50 after 00:00
Take into account ALWAYS ASK the period of time to inscribe in the city hall from Barcelona (there is a minimum stay for this)

Great stay for a month - very clean and the apartment was nice, great balcony. Could have been furnished a little bit more for a longterm stay - like night stands for the bed, a full body mirror, more comfortable chairs and table for the balcony and more kitchen supplies for cooking, but I was still fine with what was there. Host was very responsive and attentive. The apartment was pretty quiet most nights except for maybe one or two when there was a party in the building. You have plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby - but definitely a very touristy area so depends on what you’re looking for! Close to the beach and the subway as well which was great. I was very happy in the apartment for the month I stayed and definitely recommend it!

It was missing some basic elements for kitchen salt, peper, oil ,vinegar, support for the toilet roll, product for the dishwasher, the living room is really not comfortable and practical, it miss a tv also . The communication with the agency is very slow and really not reactive when i raised problems. I told about all the lamps who didn’t work, nothing happen, after few times telling they were going to come and didn’t they once more decide themself when they will come but it was not good for me. same for the shutters i told them i pushed the button to open them and they get blocked and now they want me to pay for it, and thats not logical or fair. The flat is very pleasant and bright to live inside tho.

The apartment was really beautiful with the terrace alongside the whole flat. The location was super, you can walk everywhere to all the nice museums, restaurants, beach and city center. The washing machine was tricky to find so ask about it when checking in to the apartment!

The apartment is very sparsely furnished for being a monthly stay. The furniture on the terrace is more esthetic than practical. Also for the amount of money that you pay we expected a bit more thought into details. Overall a nice stay with friendly neighbors and quite during the nights. Host easy to communicate with.

100% residential building - NOT tourist - Respect and silence after 10:00 p.m. throughout the building. It is totally forbidden to hold parties or meetings that disturb the rest or stay of any neighbour of the building. - Turn things off

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
