Large four bedroom apartment just steps away from Plaza Urquinaona in Barcelona. Perfect for students or expats.
The apartment is of basic comfort and located in one of the best areas to be for an internship, study or work. It has an interior orientation for which homeworking is possible but take into account the flat is not very bright.
Large space, with large center zone for dining and relaxing. Surrounded by the bedrooms.
Entering the apartment you directly will find a large open space with dining table, kitchen block and at the end of the space a small TV corner. On the sides you will find the first three bedroom, of which there are two quite spacious and another one a little more reduced but still a very fine room. Although there is space enough for more guests, it is set up for 4 persons ideally. Bedding may vary therefor from the pictures (ask in case of doubt).
There is another bedroom at the end of the large living area. You will also find two bathrooms there both with toilet and shower.

An agent contacted me to give me the keys to enter the apartment, the owners were always available for any questions I had, the apartment is very spacious, I felt very comfortable, you can go up by elevator or stairs, it is in a very central area, there are many things around and the subway is at the end of the street, there are supermarkets nearby, you can walk to the Cathedral of Catalonia, walk through the shops, there are many restaurants that you can go to that are very close, I recommend this stay.

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
