Newly refurbished monthly rental apartment, close to public transport. All are freshly decorated in vintage style. There are 3 individual bedrooms and a 4th room (currently separate part of living that closes with door) can be made into a bedroom so 4 fit.
The space
This apartment is located not far from metro stop Urgell and close to buses. It is recently redecorated and has 3-4- bedrooms. It is ideal for international students and expats.

It is a quiet residential area with some very quaint bars and restaurants in the zone. There is a very good connection to public transportation.

Buses and metro nearby

My monthly rent does include supplies. A rough estimate of 150 eur/month is calculated for this apartment. Any overconsumption, if any, is settled at departure.

The building is located in a quiet area within the busy city center of Barcelona. There is a paid parking next door where I can make arrangements for you to park, should you come by car. Count between 20-25 eur/day.

Remember that for monthly rental it is essential that we have a proof of the duration of stay, either for studies or medical treatment. Without proof of the duration of stay we can not make a contract and we can not rent the apartment.
Other things to note
Please note that utility bills are included and are around 150 eur for normal use. In case you spend more per month, we will inform you so you can pay the difference.

Bedsheets and towels are NOT included in the apartment.

Take into account ALWAYS ASK the period of time to inscribe in the city hall from Barcelona (there is a minimum stay for this)

It was a great apt for a longer stay! Very nice area with a lot of restaurants and cafes close by. Very close to the Metro stations also which is good for those who want it close by.

The apartment is in a very good location as there are two metro lines very close by and you can reach the center by walking. The area is very quiet and there are many restaurants and supermarkets so if you don't have to leave your area you don't have to. Also the apartment is in good condition and is very nice. A lot of light comes in and in winter it stays warm and is cool when it's starting to get warmer. It's right above a kindergarten. We had issues very often with the internet services and this doesn't reach all the rooms (it only works well if you are in the living room, dining room, and in one of the rooms). Communication with our hostess was by message ( only one of my flatmates once met her). Responses weren't always quick to respond. The apartment is from a company so they send different people to work out what's going on in the apartment.

Very bright house, we almost never need to turn on the lights. We stayed in this summer for more than a month and felt very comfortable. There are many supermarkets around it that are very convenient.

Very spacious, clear and airy apartment. Great location and easy access to means of transportation. Quiet and safe building. Would recommend.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
