The apartment is located in the 3rd floor from the building (there is not elevator/lift)
The apartment is in the neighborhood of Sants.
Sants is one of the most emblematics places in Barcelona. It's the typical local place where the people from Barcelona live, study and work.
Please take into account that the price excludes supplies. The supplies are approximately 150 eur per month (gas, water, electricity and internet). It will be charged separately.

The apartment has an obliged bi-weekly cleaning.
Take into account ALWAYS ASK the period of time to inscribe in the city hall from Barcelona (there is a minimum stay for this)

Would not recommend staying at this air bnb. The building is located directly on top of two bars that cause a lot of noise at night. The host is a middle agency that represents the actual host and this agency is unprofessional and impossible to get a hold of. I spent 18 days with no kitchen light and 10 days with a leaking toilet. The surrounding apartments have a lot of smokers which get into the apartment. There is no a/c and in a heat wave this is a major problem. Located on the 4th floor with no elevator. The apartment was dirty when I got it. Aside from the apartment that was not being maintained well, the middle agency that manages this booking was the worse to deal with and has zero urgency when attempting to reach out for issues during my stay. Would not stay here again.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
