This beautiful apartment is decorated with a modern style and is available up to 5 people. The living room contains a big sofa to relax on and there is FREE WIFI or you can watch some TV.

Remember that for monthly rental it is essential that we have a proof of the duration of stay, either for studies or medical treatment. Without proof of the duration of stay we can not make a contract and we can not rent the apartment. This apartment is not for touristic stays or leisure stay.The apartment has been recently painted, and is now, all bright white

The apartment doesn't include linens or towels. Monthly rental only.The utility bills up to €130 are included.

Take into account ALWAYS ASK the period of time to inscribe in the city hall from Barcelona (there is a minimum stay for this)

I would not recommend this Airbnb for a long stay. I lived here for four months while I studied abroad in Barcelona with 3 other girls and we faced several issues over the course of our stay. First off, the keys were extremely difficult to use and we were not properly instructed on how to handle them. It took us weeks to finally get the hang of it - as locks in Europe are not the same as the United States. The apartment was also not fully cleaned when we arrived, there were dirty socks left and hair balls on the ground, and things were broken such as the shower head. The heat did not work in the apartment so we utilized the heaters provided in each bedroom, but if all 4 were plugged in, the power went out. The host/company in charge hardly ever responded to our messages and they also did not respond on the weekends which was ridiculous and could have been dangerous. Overall we were not treated with much care considering how long we were renting for and the outrageous price we paid.

Great apartment, lots of space. Having 2 full bathrooms was perfect for 4 girls staying in the apartment. The apartment can get pretty cold in the fall/winter, even with the heat on. The location is great if you are looking to explore the centre of the city. Everything you could possibly need is near by. The streets can get very very busy during popular tourist events - it is not a "locals" area. There was construction going on in the building during our stay and it could get pretty loud Monday-Friday. At the beginning of our trip we had access to the building's beautiful roof top terrace, but it was blocked off as part of the renovation.

My housemates and I had a wonderful 4 month stay in the apartment, thanks to a helpful host Sol/Pilar :) Sol has been very responsive and helpful when I contacted her whenever we had questions or problems during our stay and she was always very quick to come down to help us when the problem could not be solved over the phone. The apartment is also in a great location, very central and very accessible from 3 different metro stations! The Gothic Quarter is also a very nice area to live in. Hope to be back in Barcelona again soon and I would love to be back here! :)

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
