First, the access and the apartment is not ready for babies, since it has 3 floors and to access the other many stairs, so access is not the ideal one (at least apartment 128 and contiguos). Second, the bathrooms are quite worn, both sanitary and taps and the sanitation network. And finally, to highlight Paula's kindness and friendliness, the cleanliness of the apartment in general and how complete the kitchen is complete, which has everything.
