We stayed at Malambo residence with our baby. Unfortunately we had trouble getting inside the first night as the keys didn’t turn in the lock, it was solved after 30 min. The place itself needs maintenance, cracks on the walls, the chairs around dining table really uncomfortable. The second bedroom that faces the street is difficult to sleep in, lots of noise from the cars. Room services are quick to write messages when it is related to extra costs, but not so quick to respond to customer requests. 5 eur per night extra for a baby cot, additional 35 eur for late check in (which is just leaving the keys in the lock, no extra effort for RoomServices), chasing with messages within 15 min after checkout deadline… really poor service, not customer oriented at all. I wouldn’t recommend using apartments rented out by Room Services. We previously stayed with Marbella Banus Suites - much better service!

Great apartment. Is about a 15 minute walk from the Puerto Banus port which is fine on the way there as it's downhill - but feels long on the way back. Balcony doesn't really get any sun. Pool is great and always has enough sun beds etc.

This was a spacious, clean and convenient apartment for us to stay in while attending a wedding in Marbella. We did have some issues with the bathroom sinks not draining at all — which we hope the host will fix soon. There was also sign of post-water-damage mold over one of the bathroom toilets. Again, the reason why I’m only giving 4 stars, but something I hope the host will fix soon! Would recommend after the issues are fixed.

I had only the best experience with Roomservices. The communication was quick and smooth. Premises are just splendid - very spacious, so that everyone can have its own space if needed. We also appreciated that apartment is not located in the most lively neighborhood; still it’s just walking distance to all restaurants and other entertainment activities. Also worth mentioning - you have literally everything there to feel like home (kitchen is well equipped).

This property is amazing! Big pool, nice garden, very comfortable beds and fantastic balcony /terrace. We had the best time in puerto banus, walkable distance and easy access to facilities. Would definitely visit again!!

Check-in was well organized, the welcome was good and Jessica made herself available throughout our stay. Very good apartment to stay in , true to the published photos. The terrace is particularly beautiful and well oriented with nice view and very quiet. The quality bedding The kitchen is large and functional . We recommend this apartment offered by room services.

We had a brilliant stay at this apartment. The location is ideal, just a ten minute walk to Puerto Banus and a shopping centre over the road to buy amenities (plus a huge Saturday market!) The apartment was beautiful, the pool immaculately clean and quiet, and check in process easy and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Frederik!

A very nice appartment that fulfills the expectations from the pictures. We specially enjoyed the nice view of the sea and into the garden from the cosy balcony. It‘s walking distance to a little shopping center and to Puerto Banus (about 15 minutes).

With support and follow up from the team at Roomservice you are of to a good start of your holiday. The apartment is close to the port, but also close by high rated restaurants as well as shopping. Nice and relaxing space and terraces.

Beautiful, stylish, fully equipped apartment in a great location. Near to supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, taxi rank and only 15 minute walk to the port. Lovely quiet pool on site. Very well maintained gardens and complex. Friendly welcome on arrival. We would stay here again 100%.

I absolutely loved this chic apartment. It looks even better than in the picture, and most important it’s functional and has everything we need. We love the terrace in particular, where I had nap every afternoon. Just relaxing in the apartment without going out was fantastic. We’d love to stay here again soon.

A beautiful apartment set back from the main hub of Puerto Banus. Pristine accommodation, better equipped than my own home. It has a lovely pool and paddling pool and when we were here (early June) we were the only people using them. I highly recommend Fredrik’s place. Try La Sala for food (bottomless Cava at daytime lunchtimes with a main course) or one of the many beachside cocktail bars. Amazing holiday.

Our apartment in Marbella was exactly as shown in the photos, beautifully appointed with stylish, modern furnishings and a generous amount of space in each room. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils/dishes and basic cooking supplies. The patio area is spacious and well furnished - a great place to relax and enjoy the spectacular view overlooking the area all the way to the sea. In addition, you have access to a beautiful pool area to enjoy on hot days. Fredrick is a very responsive property manager who greeted us at the rental unit and explained all the basics about the facilities. He also was very accommodating when we needed additional assistance during our stay. This place functioned perfectly for our group which consisted of two couples traveling together - having two separate full bathrooms was a big plus. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a rental in Marbella.

The situation is perfect and also with private parking. The house is great, spacious and spacious, furnished with taste and detail and everything you might need. The beautiful terrace although due to the time we were not able to take advantage of it.

The apartment had a great location close to shops ,restaurants,bars, downtown Puerto Banus ,and beaches. Well appointed apartment with great views of the sea, and the gardens and pool.The managers were very good and dealt with any issue swiftly and communicated well . Would stay again and recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful stay at Fredrik's place during a beautiful weekend in Marbella. The apartment is beautiful, clean, safe and has everything you need. Parking outside on the street couldn't have been easier (and free!). There is a supermarket and some great restaurants just around the corner, and the walk to Puerto Banus is very close. It is also a very easy commute by car to some beautiful surrounding areas and beaches. Fredrik's communication was great and check-in/check-out were seamless. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing stay in Marbella in Fredriks appartment! We spend 7 days there and loved the neighborhood of Puerto Banus. The flat is as nice as the pictures show and the view from the balcony was great! Very clean flat, kitchen and bathroom are supplied with everything you need when you first arrive and supermarkets and restaurants are close by. The complex, garden and pool area is nicely maintained and great to relax. The harbor area is not far away and very nice with all the pretty yachts and restaurants. With our rental car the beaches and other cities like Ronda, Estepona and Nerja were good to explore. We would love to return and can of course recommend the pretty apartment.

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment is beautiful and the balcony very spacious. The pool area is immaculate and also beautiful. We travelled with our baby and they provided a travel cot and highchair. We booked the transfers with them and they had a child car seat. Simon met us at the apartment and was very professional and friendly, recommended a nice restaurant Top Thai which was 2 minutes walk. It is ideally located to walk to the marina and beach, there are lots of lovely restaurants in walking distance and on a Saturday they have the market day which is right outside the apartment and it is a lovely market with antiques, clothes, bags, flowers etc. All in all a fab holiday, great clean and well equipped apartment in a perfect location for a family. Will definitely go back in the future.

Our stay was fantastic! The apartment was beautiful well furnished and very accommodating for everyone, families and friends. I would defiantly recommend it, it's located in a great location 2 minutes from the central plaza complex which has a supermarket, a bank and some lovely restaurants inside and nearby. It is also 10 minute walk to the Puerto Banús port and beach. You can enjoy a quiet private pool located within the apartment complex and great views of the coastline and mountains. Our host was not in the country at the time however he communicated with us throughout, he helped organise transfers for us, whilst also leaving us in the more than capable hands of Simon who was a wicked man who was always on call if we need him. Overall I would give it a 10/10 great little pad and it did us more than justice. I wish I could stay forever!
