Communication and check in instructions were clear. Lovely unit - each bedroom has its own bathroom and airconditioning. The spacious lapa area allows everyone to sit back, relax and enjoy a braai together while overlooking the pool and the bush.

I could not get hold of the host on the day of the check-in until 7 pm. I could not log in to my Airbnb profile therefore I could not check for any instructions from her. The communication was that the host will send information via a message on my phone, but they had posted it on the Airbnb profile. Andrew from Airbnb customer support was amazing. I checked with the front desk where the host said they had left the keys but it seems like the ladies did not get any instructions to give me the keys. I had to ask and explain myself until one of the ladies said she is giving us the owner's keys not the keys that were supposed to be left by the host. the accommodation is beautiful, and our stay turned out amazingly after the check-in stress.

DAMAGE PROTECTION This property is protected by Just Be Lekker, the travel reputation platform. RULES: As Zebula is a nature and game reserve no loud music is allowed at any time and no music at all after 10pm (Zebula Body Corporate). Zebula issues fines for noise transgressions. No smoking is permitted in the property. If you smoke outside, do not throw cigarette butts into the bushveld as this could start a fire. Please adhere to the maximum guest limit for the property. Strictly no parties are allowed. LATE CHECK-INS In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTATION AND PROCESSES We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
