This brand new, spacious apartment gives you the best of both worlds being located in quiet surroundings on the edge of Estepona in the luxury residential resort of Mirador de Estepona Hills, yet only 1.5 km from Estepona Old Town and its lively bars, restaurants, and shops. A new pedestrian footpath leading from the resort means that guests can walk to the Old Town in around 20 minutes.
The space
The 120 m² apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 6 people. It has a large 30 m² fully-furnished, south-facing balcony with spectacular views of the sea, Estepona Town, Gibraltar, and North Africa. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth music system, air-conditioning, safe, iron, and hairdryer. The building has a lift and a dedicated indoor parking space. The apartment comes with a fully-fitted independent kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes/cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

Guests have the use of two large swimming pools set in attractive grounds that are open year-round, with sun loungers and day beds, and an on-site cafe/cocktail/snack bar. Guests can also use the extensive facilities of Los Reales Sports Club, which is based at the resort, including a state-of-the-art gymnasium with free fitness classes and saunas, and tennis and padel courts (fee payable).

The pool opens on 1 April (earlier if weather permits) and closes on 31 October (later if weather permits).

Opening Hours:
Hours vary throughout the year. During summer, the pool is typically open from 10:00 to 20:00.

No key fob is required for access, but the pool area will be locked outside of these hours.

Great place to stay. We had been before but stayed in different apartment, this was just as nice. Key pickup was easy, great location for the apartment, use of both pools, onsite bar/restaurant great views, lovely balcony and a short drive in to central Estepona. Really good. Room services messaged during the stay to make sure all ok. 5 stars.

Lovely place great pool be careful of what food you leave out there a lot of ants not ideal that you after drop the keys a few miles away on checkout

A beautiful apartment, very comfortable, clean and lots of space. Everything you need is provided. The development is lovely, we made use of the sports facilities and the pool. Great for a family holiday.

Good place to stay, nice building but issues checking out as they expect you to take keys to a different location (off the premises) at 11am in the morning even though no one stated this would have to happen.
