The place was beautiful and very centrally located, the check in was a bit cumbersome, but still not too complicated. Unfortunately, I discovered stains in the kitchen, found hair in the bathroom and dirt in the bathtub, which disappointed me a bit, but otherwise it was very cozy, spacious and nicely decorated there.

Apartment as described, we have nothing to say about it🔝, Only downside on communication during our stays we had a misadventure with a door problem and we are stuck outside and at the moment I think if we had not taken the lead we would still wait for the locksmith to send by the host to arrive . Otherwise the apartment and the location and the rest of the stays went very well!

We’re very happy with our stay. The apartment was really nice with an excellent rooftop terrace. There was a shared pool for the apartment and it was clean, quiet and it was never a problem to get a sun bed. The area was nice with walking distance to the beach. The only drawback was the lack of remote key to the parking garage. But street parking was not a problem. The host was friendly and helpful and replied quickly to our questions.

The accommodation was great, it met everything we wanted. Only the couch is a bit outdated and had an unpleasant smell, which is why it remained unused. However, this was not important in Marbella, so everything was top.

The place is really nice and generous. Some furniture is a bit outdated, but given the huge sun terrace with great mountain views, you can see that. Unfortunately, the terrace was dirty with our arrival and the loungers were missing. However, the provider sent someone to clean after 2 days. The double bed was actually the most comfortable I've ever slept outside!

Host very friendly and helpful. Place is great, lots of room and the outdoor balcony area is enormous. Development is well kept and quiet, would recommend and would stay here again myself.

Overall very happy with the place! Communication and service worked great. When we arrived, however, some things were not in order such as any broken things in the apartment as well as hot water that didn't work. But as soon as we told them, they came to the rescue and arranged everything. Super nice area with a really nice pool. Very calm area with incredible plants and trees.

This apartment is well located. However, the apartment is old and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired! Unfortunately we had problems upon arrival, and were not assisted. Communication and troubleshooting did not exist. Contacts off! AC damaged a night of 35 degrees, hot, muffled apart, anyway no one slept! But the issue was resolved the following day and then everything went well!

The apartment is very well located, but some renovation work is necessary. Carpets and sofa seemed a bit unhygienic. AC only worked very weakly. Otherwise, it is a top apartment with a beautiful terrace in a very well maintained environment with garden and pool landscape.

Very nice residence, well secured, with superb gardens. Beautiful apartment, very spacious, very bright, and very convenient. We had a very nice stay there. Only downside, on the king size bed, there were 2 duvets of one place instead of a large double duvet. I highly recommend
