So for me the points are as follows: Pros Very clean and tidy Looks like been recently refurbed Was very nice inside Was close to the on site bar Was close to where we liked to eat Cons Was a little too far away from the pool to let me 12 year old daughter walk to on her own Was very over looked and the balconies and also roof terrace, if you were actually on the roof you were literally right next to your neighbours so made sun bathing up there a little awkward Could hear the neighbours through the walls Could of possibly done with some more large towels Sun beds were damaged and couldnt be used comfortably Some of the patio furniture was old and dated and could of been replaced Had a bit of a problem with ants so had to get some powder to treat, they were coming under the front door Couldnt get the door to lock on the inside when we came home at night Parking at times was impossible so had to park at the bottom of the hill I feel it is over priced for what it was Conclusion It was my choice to rent this place as looking for a potential place to buy. After doing some more looking while i was there this was very pricey for what we got. Five mins up the road i could of had a three bed duplex penthouse on a fully gated community for £420 per night with full Gym, Spa, Pools, Bars, Restaurant and free taxi service. This is defo my fault as should of possibly looked into the prices a little more but the pics looked lovely of this place!!! I feel if this apartment was around £250 per night the Cons wouldnt of mattered quite as much but when your paying £500 per night you expect everything to be perfect and it wasnt im afraid. Very nice place like i said but not worth the money we paid.

Roomservices did a good job and the check in went well. They also tried to do their best to help. Here is why we left earlier anyways: - Smell: the apartment had this old, wet smell that covers both levels that reminded us of a basement with high humidity - TV: Took 3 days to fix - even though the next guests now have a new TV - Condition outside: White paint was falling off the walls and covered the tiles on the terrace, looking like the outside of a 2 star hotel from the 80s - Kitchen Supply: Some of the kitchen equipment was broken (e.g. bottle opener) that could have easily been fixed before arrival I hope this rating will enhance the experience for the next guests or at least I would expect some more realistic photos so the expectation is lower.
