The management was very poor specifically when you arrive from far destinations and you need support. You have only contact through watsapp and they are not online. Always . when you reach they are not only not flexible and supportive with chick in time but also they don’t have commitment to their checking time. So in total you don’t feel welcomed. We could not check in and even they refuse to refund. If you want to work with this company you have to expect non commitment behavior from them .

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a stunning villa rented through Roomservice Holiday Homes, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described. The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, with every amenity I could have hoped for. The location was perfect, offering both privacy and easy access to nearby attractions. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying the peaceful surroundings, every moment felt like a true getaway. What really stood out, though, was the excellent service from the Roomservice Holiday Homes team. Communication was smooth, check-in was seamless, and they were always quick to respond to any questions or requests. This experience exceeded all my expectations, and I would absolutely book with Roomservice Holiday Homes again. Highly recommended!

Despite the difficult start, Roomservices came up with a good solution. Mohammed helped us well The apartment was nice and clean. Communication with the organisation went well and they were very friendly. It is recommended to rent one of the apartments of Roomservices.
