The location of the apartment, the architectural style, the view and amenities are great. The support of room service deserves only the best touches. Forward-looking with clear information and easily accessible. Only the key pick up in Marbella is a little more elaborate but worked well. Currently, as well as everywhere in the area, it has ongoing construction sites. Likewise, the traffic was clearly audible. The place and the hostess are top.

If there were half stars I’d give this apartment 4.5. The only reason I deduct half a star were 2 things: 1. We had to collect keys from an office in Puerto Banus. Unfortunately it was market day and the road was closed. We didn’t know this and it was tricky to find. 2. The aircon isn’t the best despite being a new development. It took about 3 days to get down from 28 to 23 degrees. And another 2 to get down to about 21. It would put me off coming back because it’s hot! Otherwise the apartment is contemporary with great furniture and style. The communal facilities are lovely - the main pool is gorgeous!! And the spa pool and gym. We had no trouble getting Ubers - you need a car or taxi to go out. Roomservice Marbella we’re very good - thank you for a lovely stay

Super great luxury apartment. Very quiet location with an overwhelming view towards the sea. Thanks to the 24/7 security guards, you feel very secure at every time of the day. Enjoy the huge terrace or even the complete upper terrace. Super communication with Roomservices who is sending messages and movies how to pick up the keys, how to access the property, ... It can't go wrong ! I will definately come back to this place.
