Would recommend staying at the property. Lovely complex which was quiet during the Christmas period. Gym and Indoor pool were nice additions. Although construction is going on at scale in the area, this did not impact our stay. The apartment is a short walk from supermarkets and to the Marina. Nice views of the sea and good local amenities. Whilst the apartment was clean, it would benefit from a thorough deep clean more regularly as items like shower curtains and sink were affected by mould. The patio area was comfortable, however some of the external lights needed their batteries replacing to function. The garden and lawn area could also do with some attention. Overall a great stay and would definitely use Room Services again when staying in the area.

The check-in procedure was made overly complex and they were often threats via email if things were not completed even if they had already been completed. With less than 12 hours before the holiday I was told that the booking would be cancelled because I have not paid even though I had paid and had proof of payment from over six months ago. I contacted Airbnb who confirmed my payment had been received by the owner but they were slow to communicate with me about their error which caused anxiety with less than 12 hours before my departure the holiday Home is also at the very top of a very very very steep hill although this was not much of a problem for us it would not be suitable for somebody who had mobility issues

Great apartment and great facilities on the complex! Location was good, a little walk to the beach and old town (15-20mins each way), but the walk was pleasant. The gym and pools are in excellent condition. The apartment was very well equipped, the contents of the apartment made the stay very comfortable and convenient. I would highly recommend this apartment if staying in Estapona.
