Would recommend staying at the property. Lovely complex which was quiet during the Christmas period. Gym and Indoor pool were nice additions. Although construction is going on at scale in the area, this did not impact our stay. The apartment is a short walk from supermarkets and to the Marina. Nice views of the sea and good local amenities. Whilst the apartment was clean, it would benefit from a thorough deep clean more regularly as items like shower curtains and sink were affected by mould. The patio area was comfortable, however some of the external lights needed their batteries replacing to function. The garden and lawn area could also do with some attention. Overall a great stay and would definitely use Room Services again when staying in the area.

There were a lot of cockroaches roaming around. The elevator broke down. Repairs were being done in the building, causing a lot of noise. The pools were closed halfway through the trip without any notice given.

The check-in procedure was made overly complex and they were often threats via email if things were not completed even if they had already been completed. With less than 12 hours before the holiday I was told that the booking would be cancelled because I have not paid even though I had paid and had proof of payment from over six months ago. I contacted Airbnb who confirmed my payment had been received by the owner but they were slow to communicate with me about their error which caused anxiety with less than 12 hours before my departure the holiday Home is also at the very top of a very very very steep hill although this was not much of a problem for us it would not be suitable for somebody who had mobility issues

Great apartment and great facilities on the complex! Location was good, a little walk to the beach and old town (15-20mins each way), but the walk was pleasant. The gym and pools are in excellent condition. The apartment was very well equipped, the contents of the apartment made the stay very comfortable and convenient. I would highly recommend this apartment if staying in Estapona.

Great apartment, had everything you need for a stay in Spain. The pool area is great for small children - our 2 year old loved it The location is around a 20-25 min walk to Estepona but this is up/down a fairly steep hill Estepona marina is lovely and had a number of shops, restaurants and bars We had a car so it made it easier to get around and visit a number of places (Marbella, puerto banus and Gibraltar) Couple of points to note: The bed in the main bedroom wasn’t overly comfy There is construction going on around the apartment as this is a newly built area but we didn’t hear any noise the whole time we were there The travel cot for babies had a good mattress Car park space is available with the apartment

Apartment was really beautiful, as nice as looks in the pictures. I would like to gave 5 stars, maybe 6 from 5, but I can't because of one reason - terrace... You're completely loosing privacy as there is mesh fence only and your neighbours can staring on you when you're there. Also grass field infront of apartment is accesable for neighbours and they can watch directly into your apartment. It was really unpleasant and I would recommend to Roomservices to fix it. Otherwise it's very nice apartment and area for holiday stay.

Very bright floor, according to photos. The terrace is very well conditioned and generally very comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for with 2 small children. We'll be back.

The listing is as shown in the photos. The development is good, with a large pool and pleasant grass area. We had an issue during check-in, and we had to wait a time for the cleaning team to finish cleaning the home. It was problematic for us since we were going with 2 kids and a baby, new to a drive. The cleaning team had to come back the next day as there were things that hadn't been cleaned properly. Communication with the landlord can be improved with the landlord. However, it is a dwelling that is fine.

We stayed here for 1 week in Feb 2023 with 2 kids. Very new and modern apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed. Large screen smart-TV, very good internet/wifi. The terrace with grill is south-oriented, with sunshine from morning till evening, but it also provides some shade, if needed. The parking space in the garage was big enough to park comfortably with an SUV. Very nice gym (even has running belts). Apart from outdoor pools, there's an indoor pool as well, but it wasn't heated when we were there (~19 °C). The building/neighbors were very quiet overall, although there was some construction going on which might wake you up at 8am if you're a light-sleeper, but it wasn't too noisy. The heating worked fine, if you're staying in winter. The direct surroundings is not too interesting, but it's just 4 minutes drive to the Estepona's puerto and centro, 2 minutes drive to Lidl/Mercadona. Marbella - 25 min, Gibraltar 35 min. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
