This proved to be a terrible stay. The location is awful: as far as could be away from the centre of Estepona: the ‘rough indication’ they provide on the app is inaccurate. The complex is a work in progress and has cranes, cement mixers etc all working immediately outside. From 8am there is no prospect of sleep or having a coffee on the balcony due to the noise. This was a big problem for our 2 year old. Contacted Roomservices the night we arrive via text about a shutter- no response at all. Same with an enquiry about a late check out. The apartment itself is fine, although the balcony was filthy and hadn’t been swept or cleaned- with all the building works it was awful. The cot supplied was grubby. At check out I mentioned the noise and the only response was ‘what do you expect worth the building work?’. Roomservices should be upfront that this apartment is not suitable for any families as it’s in a building site. The noise is incessant. Honesty from this host was absent.

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
