The apartment itself is very pleasant, clean, modern and well located if you are looking for a place away from action and noise. There is a free off street parking outside the block. Unfortunately (a massive surprise as the apartment was very clean) there was a problem with few bugs we found in bed and sofa bed crawling. We took videos and pictures of them and notified the agency. They responded quickly sending a housekeeper with a spray. Unfortunately we found another bug afterwards in bed mattress. This caused stress and worry, so we couldn't enjoy the place fully. Our daughter got new bites every morning so we were relieved to check out on the last day. It's a shame as the place is lovely.

Great service, nice accommodation and close to everything. The apartment had that little extra, with a plus in the edge for washing machine, dishwasher, espresso machine and fine china.

It’s a great location and nice zen apartment ! Close distance to beautiful cafes, gyms and nightclubs. The wardrobe was extremely messy was our only complaint, also more toilet roll & tolls available at the property would be ideal. Overall really enjoyed our stay :)

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great. I liked the small, sweet balcony very much. The kitchen has utensils to prepare meals, including salt, pepper, tea and coffee. As far as the location is concerned, it is very good. They responded immediately to my concerns, everything was great! I can recommend this apartment and I'll be back.

It was a wonderful weekend that we spent in a very cozy apartment in Puerto Banús. The communication with Room Services was excellent—they provided detailed information on how to reach the apartment and where to collect the keys. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, decorated in a Scandinavian style. We liked a lot nice view to the nearby mountains visible both from the bathroom window and pool area. The linens and towels were fresh, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all what we needed. The area of Puerto Banús is trully great and we enjoyed our promenades there with picturesque views along luxury boutiques. I’m extremely satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it for both short getaways and longer vacations. Thank you for the fantastic service!

As a guest, you are required to pick up and return the key somewhere else, where you have to pay for parking. The directions to pick up the key were in a completely different city. When I enquired, they let me know that it was the wrong address but never apologized. Apartment slightly smaller than depicted. Good size & clean bathroom. Couch uncomfortable (you sink in), bed mediocre (not supportive), closet not usable because of excessive clutter (cleaning items, including vacuum cleaner, broom and many other items that should not be there). We could not unpack and had to live out of our suitcases. No laundry detergent or kitchen roll. On first day I requested these items. Different people from Roomservices replied saying they’re looking into the matter but did NOTHING during our entire stay. To top it off, we were also required to empty the rubbish bins before leaving, though we paid for cleaning. This was a very poor experience thanks to Roomservices’s lack of professionalism

We were allowed to spend our vacation in a really nice place. You can walk to the harbor in 20 minutes and there are also plenty of shopping in the nearby area. The music of the pool club across the street can be heard throughout the day, but we didn't find it disturbing at all. The communication with room services was great - always happy to come back!

A fantastic experience staying in this fabulous flat with my Dad and the place is very spacious and I am planning to come back with both my Dad and Mom as there is enough space for 3 people! We enjoyed this marvelous location - close to everything at the same time, private enough in a green area, surrounded by trees and with a fantastic mountain view one one side and see on another side! We have had a great experience going to Puerto Banús both by car and on foot at times. Pool area is very convenient and relaxing, grocery stores and other conveniences as well as restaurants are very close, always available parking spots! The apartment itself is super cozy, very fresh and modern, has all needed amenities and has an extremely good open layout. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the balcony! Great communication and check-in instructions by the host, very clean and welcoming ambience when we have arrived. We felt great staying here and we look forward to returning again!
