(There are numerous pools at Aldea Blanca. The very large pool is always open all year. The pool outside AB4 is generally open except for a few weeks in October/November when the pool is “winterized”. All pools are open 10 and to 10pm. A key is needed to access the pools).
Code for safe: 5588A || AB4 is the only property with sensors on the windows to prevent tenants from leaving the A/C on while the windows are open. The A/C does not have a timer; instead, it will automatically shut off if a window is opened.

Apartment was clean, well finished & offered great views from the spacious balcony. Nice bathrooms & comfy beds. Clean pools in the complex set in tidy landscaped gardens. A few minutes' walk down to a lovely deli, tapas bar, restaurant & supermarket. Only downside to the great view is having to climb back up 60 steps from the shops. Twenty minutes' walk downhill into the harbour area. We'd definitely rebook this place. My only complaint as first time visitors- having to use a smartphone link for a pinned map starting point, then trying to watch a tedious youtube video in the glare of the sun for directions to the apartment. Start location was actually wrong so the video for directions from there is useless. We'd still be looking but for directions from a security guard. Infuriating to be searching with children/luggage in 35° heat when a rep or even an A4 map could have taken us straight there in a fraction of the time. Not everything has to be done by phone!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The AC didn’t work for 3 days and it was super hot, and the host did not respond AT ALL ! I called them i Texted for days and NO RESPONSE!! There was ANTS 🐜 all in the apartment which made me itching, and the did nothing! The Check out was TERRIBLE, i had to drop off keys at the office, and all roads closedi had to drive for 30 minutes, and walk 20 minutes just to drop off the keys. It was a nightmare
