The location was perfect and the appartment was nice. But, there was very bad odor in one of the bathrooms that didn’t go away. I couldn’t go there at all. Luckily my children didn’t come with me so that bathroom didn’t need to be used. I think it was mould in there. I told about this but don’t know if they did something about it. And, when the neighbors were in a shower, the noise of the running water could be heard very very clearly.

There was a lot of savings in the property itself, but not in the online display ( high quality photos ). --- There was no shutter in one of the bedrooms, i.e. in the morning from 6 light Loud neighborhood Laute Straße For the price, you should get significantly more out of the apartment Cheap uncomfortable beds unnecessarily many contact by landlords +++ But very good location.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful stay in Aldea Blanca! When we arrived it was late and dark and we realised that the apartment wasn’t the one we had originally booked. However the next morning Jessica from room services came to see us and apologise for not informing us sooner. We had actually been given a bigger apartment than the one we had booked which had an extra bathroom and bedroom on the same development. We had a wonderful 2 week stay there. The instructions inside the apartment were very easy to understand and we found everything we needed. The apartment was beautiful and the shared pools were very quiet. Room services were helpful and gave us advice on things to do nearby when we popped in to see them, their office is a short walk away. Altogether a great holiday and hope to return soon. We used room services transfers from the airport which made things very easy. They collected the keys and dropped them off for us.

It’s a lovely apartment in a nice location . However would benefit from including some sun loungers to use by the pool . Also the check in is not that easy as have to drive to a public car park and shopping centre . The key drop was difficult as another person had been given the same box so couldn’t fit the two sets in we had . Overall we had a nice stay and trip and enjoyed the apartment

You'll enjoy it here! Stylishly decorated apartment with the best location both in the Marbella area and within Aldea Blanca. Excellent parking directly outside the entrance. Easy to feel like home here. Feel free to return. Potential improvement details for equipment and linens.

This house is great! My sister and I spent two weeks there this December (2021). It was wonderful. The surroundings were quiet, the house just like the pictures. The only downside was the kettle that when boiling water made a really weird smell. I asked for it to be replaced and they insisted it could be cleaned. It didn’t make a difference and I would’ve preferred to have it changed as the weird smell could’ve been a health risk. Other wise I loved my two weeks !

The place is nice, free street parking is convenient. The kitchen was fine. The bathrooms are a bit tired but the living area is nice, with 2 terraces and a nice Seaview (living room could use a paint job). Location is convenient to a few restaurants and markets but a car or taxi is preferable. There is only 1 TV set and it failed to work for half of the first 7 days of our 14 night booking. The host rep came to the apartment and corrected it after the first 2 days but 2 days later, again there were no IPTV channels that could be viewed. The host rep came to the apartment but was not able to get the TV channels to work. We left for another place for the second week. Be aware that the host requires you to pick up keys at their office but the area where their office is located (outdoor commercial mall) is closed to traffic on Saturdays because of the street market.

Pros: Nice terrace for dinners with great view. More sea view than the adverts lets on. Easy to communicate with host, answers immediately. Close to road so easy to get luggage in/out and to order taxi. Super comfy beds! Good washer and dryer. Cons: The second terrace is a bit of a storage space for random furniture, didnt use it once. There were shards from a broken wine glass under the sofa table when we checked in - we have kids so not a great welcome… The BBQ is not great, doesnt get hot enough and only half of it turned on. A bit of a hike to walk back home from beach/Puerto Banus so would say taxi/car is necessary if you come during the hot summer months. Overall a very nice flat and the advert does it justice.

The property was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The complex was very quiet, the apartment was well equipped and it was within walking distance to everything we needed. The two outdoor spaces were fabulous! We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
